Two Great Options for Group Bookings!

Whether you’re gathering 100 friends and family members together for a destination wedding, or just a few of the guys for a golf getaway, Apple Vacations has just what you are looking for! Our experienced and specially trained Group Sales Specialists will assist you or your travel agent in finding the ideal vacation for your group.

Apple Vacations offers two great ways to book your group- a traditional group booking, or a “Group-Ease” booking utilizing a promotional code.

1) Traditional Group Bookings

Traditional group bookings are the right choice for groups of ten rooms or more who want to lock in their space (air seats and rooms) and package price for the entire group at the time of booking. Traditional groups enjoy a lenient deposit policy, our optional Groups Best Price Guarantee and free comps:
  • Free trip (air and hotel) for the 21st adult passenger* flying on our exclusive vacation value flights.
  • In addition, every 15th adult passenger flying on our exclusive vacation value flights will receive free* airfare to Cozumel, Los Cabos, Ixtapa, Puerto Vallarta, Huatulco and Jamaica.
  • Land-only and scheduled air passengers receive free hotel accommodations for the 26th adult passenger.

Group Togetherness (available upon request and based on availability)-Designated seating area on the plane, rooms located together at your resort, round-trip airport/hotel transfers together and specialty restaurant reservations together.

Uniformed Apple Resort Representatives are on duty daily at most hotels to ensure that your group arrangements are handled without a hitch. Amstar, our designated destination management company in Mexico and the Dominican Republic, is available to provide group tours, special events planning and meeting and convention arrangements.

2) "Group- Ease" Bookings - AVAILABLE FOR ALL GROUPS!

Group travel is great, but coordinating individual schedules and paperwork for the entire group can be stressful. Apple Vacations’ flexible Group-Ease Program makes booking groups of 10 passengers or more a breeze! 

With Group-Ease, each room can be booked individually, yet every group member receives a promotional discount. Plus, groups earn the same comps (free stay/air seat*) as traditional groups described above.
