As used herein, the term “Apple Vacations,” may refer to AppleVacations.com or Apple Vacations.

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Apple Vacations text messages, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. These may include cart abandon or reminder messages. Messaging frequency varies. Not all carriers covered and supported carriers may change from time to time. Apple Vacations does not guarantee availability or performance of the text message service and you understand that transmission delays and message failures may occur. Apple Vacations and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop receiving text messages, text STOP to the phone number from which you received the text message. You will receive a text confirming your opt-out. To request additional information or to get help, text HELP to the phone number from which you received the text message or email reply@applevacations.com.

You represent that you are the account holder for the telephone number(s) that you provide. You may notify Apple Vacations of a number change by emailing Apple Vacations at trips@applevacations.com. 

Apple Vacations may suspend or terminate your receipt of Apple Vacations text messages at any time. Apple Vacations reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of Apple Vacations text message services, with or without notice.
