Sep 29, 2025Good times, relaxing, easy!
My fiancé and I stayed at Villa Premier Boutique Hotel last week from Sunday-Thursday and had an amazing time relaxing. The hotel is in the perfect location and able to walk to many different local restaurants for lunch and dinner, and we also ate dinner at the hotel a few nights. We had the spa ocean front suite and it was perfect! We were there in the off season (September) and we actually preferred it because it seemed like only ourselves and a handful of other guests were there. Quiet pool scene and could easily get lounge chairs by the pool any time of the day. The staff is amazing and so lovely. They’re a part of what made the experience for us (thank you guys!). Enrique gave us some of the best offsite food recommendations that were off the beaten path (what we asked for), and made us some of our favorite margs all trip (the Enrique special). Caesar is an excellent waiter and knowledgeable about wines from the region. Paul made sure we had everything we needed when we’re at the pool and kept us entertained. Tammy is a gem and gave us the tour when we arrived. Dario and Julio greeted us on arrival for a smooth checkin and were always helpful if we had any questions about the services the hotel offered. We are at all 3 restaurants and enjoyed them all equally. Everyone always had a fun upbeat attitude and greeted us with smiles :) … will return again!

Fantastic Romantic Getaway!
We stayed at the Villa Premiere last spring for the first time and had an absolutely amazing experience. We came back this year again and were not disappointed (despite coming in with sky high expectations)! What makes the hotel stand out is (1) the exceptional customer service and (2) attention to detail. Keep up the great work and we look forward to coming back again in the future! Every staff member we met was truly exceptional and thus, it is hard to name a few. However, I wanted to highlight Enrique, who was our bartender at La Perla. Enrique was extremely welcoming, kind, and attentive. When my fiance was busy talking to other guests at the bar (which happens a lot), he came over to me and we had a great conversation. He truly is one of the nicest people I have ever met! Plus, he makes a fantastic margarita (best I have ever had - and I have had a lot of margaritas). Another shoutout goes to Alejandro, our bartender at the pool. Alejandro consistently provides great customer service and brings positive energy to the pool bar, making it a more fun experience for all guests. Finally, I was very impressed with Jorge who was our waiter at the pool. He was constantly checking in on myself and my fiance to ensure our needs were met. Plus, he always did it with a smile on his face! Overall, it was great to see many of the same friendly faces on the staff from our last visit. The continuity of the staff makes a big difference in ensuring a great experience for all guests. For instance, Paul even remembered us from last time and came up to greet us on our first day!

5 Stars - will definitely be returning
We went for my best friend's birthday, and I have to say from the moment we arrived, the team at Villa Premiere made our vacation truly exceptional. The staff’s warmth and professionalism blew us away! At the pool and La Pearla bar, Alejandro, Alex, Enrique, Victor, and Jorge crafted amazing drinks and brought such fun vibes, every drink was delicious and we shared lots of laughs. Paul is a real one and your go to guy for anything, offering spot-on recommendations and provided excellent service. He works hard and makes every aspect of vacationing easy. Manager Alberto’s welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home, always going the extra mile. Dining was a highlight thanks to Frida, Edgar, and Noel, who turned every meal into a delightful experience with their attentive care. And Diana at the spa? Her 90 min massage was pure bliss. I highly recommend! Even though the resort says gratuity is included, the staff’s incredible service inspired us to tip extra. Villa Premiere is a must-stay for anyone seeking a perfect blend of luxury and heart. We can’t wait to return!

Stayed here for my wife’s birthday. The staff is fantastic. Food is pretty good as well for resort level food. The drinks are solid as well. This was our second time there. We first came in 2021. They updated one of the restaurants and overall the rooms continue to be in good condition. The nightly turndown service is great as well too. Paul , the pool manager, was amazing along with Jorge at the pool bar. My only feedback is the infinity pool did have some tiles coming out of place. Overall it was still a great stay. I would NOT recommend paying for the all inclusive and instead eating some of the meals and then going out locally. It was overall less expensive to do that versus the all inclusive.

A chill and wonderful place to stay
This is our second time here at Villa Premier. It is a great place to stay. We didn’t do the all inclusive. The service is outstanding! All the rooms are very clean. It is a great location. They were so nice because it was my birthday. They surprised me with a cake and champagne in the room . Loved it!! Paul from the pool team took excellent t care of us. As an example, he saw that my husband was wearing his Bears shirt and let him know that he could watch the game at La Perla . A beautiful restaurant in Villa Premier that happens to have a big screen TV and a bar. I had a delicious mojito and my husband had a margarita.
