Great hotel with numerous restaurants and a chilled vibe. Boat to get around the hotels a nice touch. Fernando was great around the pool, 10/10 service!!!!!! Lovely stay so far would really recommend.

Wonderful resort
Staff are fantastic- from front desk to pool, beach, butlers, landscaping and spa. Food was great and alcohol top shelf

Beautiful place. Weather was mostly good. Lots of clouds...sun was hit or miss. Pools were very nice and clean. Pool staff were very attentive. Rooms were very delightful with a few non working parts, but not anything important or worth complaints. Each afternoon wecame back to a nice clean room and fresh towels. Not quite worth the money, but close. Butler's Christofer, and Hector were amazing at handling every request for items and dinner reservations going above and beyond at times...love the butler service, honestly it made the stay here more worth the money. Complaints...losing power from 2 am to 6 am with no notice of maintenance work happening was not acceptable. Hearing emergency vehicles during this time made it a very unnerving situation not to mention an uncomfortable sleep with no A/C. Also, had people yelling outside because they were locked out of their rooms.

We returned to TRS for a third visit and have only one complaint...DINNER RESERVATIONS! It was impossible to get a dinner reservation during the hours of 18:30-19:30. With the exception of one request, times were booked at 21:30 - way too late for this old man to eat a hearty meal. Xtra Time has the friendliest staff and we returned there each day. The lobby bar was a favorite afternoon spot for us as it was lightly attended and very well staffed with friendly bartenders and wait staff. We spend all our time at the beach and were very well attended to each day - no complaints. The scheduled power outage was announced about 3 hours before it went into effect and was a bit eerie to have the entire resort blacked out from 0100-0630, but we made it through the night without issue. We'll be back again in 2026, I'm sure...

Very Nice Resort
Very huge resort. Nice place overall. Spa was great. Plenty of restaurants. Friendly staff. Golf cart transportation was good.
