    Amazing staff and helpful.

    We stayed six nights with family. There were couple of issues but they managed to resolve it by changing couple of rooms and staff are were amazing. Good location and nice atmosphere.

    Would stay again!

    Surfjack has been at the top of my list of places to stay for awhile and it didn’t disappoint! Friendly, helpful staff. The front desk is 24hour, the location has you in the heart of Waikiki, the room is clean and well-appointed — maybe a tad small but I’m not there to spend a tonne of time in the room anyway. Chill vibes, with regular live music, ample seating areas in and around the pool. The restaurant is delicious and offers some of the most delicious cocktails.

    Hidden gem!

    Loved everything about this hotel. ZE-RO complaints. Such a gem with great staff, great rooms, great smelling bath products, morning coffee, free parking, fun pool and so many cute photo ops. The best!

    A quick getaway

    I had such a great experience staying at the Surfjack. We were greeted by Whitney who was super friendly and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived (early). The location was close to everything. The price was beyond reasonable. The vibe is so relaxing. Nightly music around the pool with dim lights setting the mood. We had everything we needed to enjoy a quick getaway. I will be back, I promise!

    Clean comfortable room and outstanding live music most evenings by the pool.

    Convenient location just 1/2 block off of Kuhio Blvd. Comfortable, clean room. Plenty of hotel amenities including outstanding live music most evenings out by the pool, and discounts on food from the restaurant. Parking was 1 and a half blocks away, and reasonably priced at $20 per night. Most memorable was the helpful staff.
