Peace, amazing service, and fun!
Luis was amazing! He was so nice, and helped us with anything we needed. Wonderful employee y persona. The resort was very clean, and the pools were excelente. Definitely an amazing hotel and staff. Gracias, Luis!

Fabulous time!
Had a wonderful time. The activities staff was fabulous!! Luis, Jimena, Neto and Evelyn were the best! Lots of fun activities at the pool! Hotel was very nice. All employees we interacted with were warm and welcoming. Will definitely come back here!

Amazing customer service
We had such an amazing experience overall! The food was delicious, staff was amazing and everyone was so friendly. We wanted to highlight the staff at Il Pescatori, our servers and the manager were all so great, we ate there twice!

Fantastic amenities.
Sweet property with great service Big waterfall pool and activities. Club lounge views were amazing plus Ernesto service first. Excellent sunset from up there last night. Rec team and activies lead by Mariana and Ernesto pictued during a wine tasting. Awesome work by everyone.

Subpar Bonvoy Property due to unhelpful and rude staff members
Currently at the hotel. My girlfriend and I are both airline Captains who dedicate themselves to travel and enjoyment of all types of hotels across the world during our own time. We are both Mexico natives and know the ins and outs of traveling to all types of resorts within our country. The attitude and service provided to us throughout our stay at Sheraton Buganvilias was below average. The front desk staff and tour staff were rude to my girlfriend and when she requested information cancellation for a tour we had booked directly with the hotel staff. Erick Becerra the manager on duty for tour bookings was reluctant to show any help as well as rude towards us when we asked for help. There was absolutely zero empathy from his part regarding our needs and request. The front desk staff only turned a blind eye to our pleads for help when we raised the issue to them. Not at any moment was I allowed to talk to a supervisor regarding the issue. I never do hotel reviews but this was the last straw as I cannot sit idly by and be disrespected along with my girlfriend this way. We are both tourism professionals and have over 30 years of cumulative experience providing safe transport and tourism services in our careers. Also as a Bonvoy platinum member, I had never been treated in such a rude manner in a Bonvoy hotel property before. If you’re ever here, don’t think for a second the staff will help you as well as never even consider booking tours with their staff. They’re as useless as a football bat and have no willingness to help with your needs once you have relinquished your money to them. Don’t fall for their tour traps which are essentially a scam with no flexibility. May want to look into agencies directly who provide clear contracts and cancellation policies. On the good side the restaurants were very good. Their staff was friendly and ready to help at any moment. Food was definitely worth every penny and earns a top rating in our book.
