Dec 03, 2025Nice hotel, great service but dark and if you smoke DO NOT GO!!!
If you smoke or vape at all This place is NOT for you !!! You cannot and have to go outside the gate of the hotel to a nasty street absolutely not an area inside the property to go and quietly smoke away from people The property is well kept, the service is fantastic except for the specialty coffee bar is understaffed. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for a coffee in the morning The property is clean but a dark style place. Not old just a dark style not ocean view inviting from the main entry and level The rooms are very clean and nice, no amenities included though ( toiletries)

Dec 02, 2025Beautiful Resort, but Room Name Was Misleading
I stayed in the “Master Suite Ocean and Lagoon View,” but the view was mostly lagoon — only about 20% ocean — so “partial ocean view” would be a more accurate description. Otherwise: the Master Suite Lagoon and Ocean views. At check-in, I felt pressured to upgrade, even though I had already confirmed that the suite layout was suitable for my family. I was given the idea that the layout could not be what I expected. After the check in the layout was what I expected, so I was glad I didn't pay for an upgrade The limited beach area and chairs were expected, as advised in the reviews. The entertainment was okay, though I would have preferred less calm night events; I would have appreciated more fun personally. The food, elegance, and cleanliness were perfect. Overall, the stay was positive, but the room title somewhat misled my expectations.

I had the best experience with my waiter Jorge Romo — honestly, he made my meal memorable! Not only was he funny, but he also helped me choose the perfect dishes (and he was absolutely right every time). The food was exceptional, but his personality made it even better. He kept the jokes coming, made sure I always had everything I needed, and somehow managed to read my mind when it came to what I wanted to order. Brilliant service from start to finish! If you’re visiting, definitely ask for him — he’ll make your meal 10 times better. Highly recommend!

Amazing trip
Everything was amazing. The staff treated us like family and were very helpful and friendly. They always went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good time. We’ve met some amazing people and we will definitely be back. Thank you for helping up make wonderful memories.

The Vine is a fabulous place to stay
Great location on the beach in the HotelZone. Spectacular room on floor 23. Fantastic service by all staff. Food at all restaurants was excellent, portion size was modest and perfect for our needs. Bar service excellent and any drink was available. Shout outs to Jose May Artoro during restaurant service, Martin as Concierge on our floor. Nightly entertainment on site was generally good and atmosphere was happy and friendly. We highly recommend this resort.
