We had a great time here. All amenities were good. Jessica and Miguel were exceptionally Amazing! they went up and out of their way to assist us and had awesome personalities and even better attitudes! They add a lot of value to this resort!

Our Happy Place
Secrets Moxché is hands down our favorite resort. This is our third visit this year, and we can’t wait to go back. Beautiful pools, lush grounds, abundant live music, lively pool volleyball, and some really great food - must try the handmade pasta and pizza at Allora! But the reason we keep returning is the incredible staff. Special shout out to our wonderful Moxché friends whom we already miss- Christian, Aranza, Saul, Regina, Jaime! The rest of the high energy entertainment team also deserves special mention: Sergio, Gabriela, Yessica, Miguel, Axel, Daniela, Monica. Lisbeth at Suki, and Cynthia at Bamboo remembered us from last time. Our waiter Victor at Suki was friendly and quick which was much appreciated.

Arnaza, Gabriela, Sergio were fantastic in the entertainment at the hotel. They made the aquatic activities such a blast. They remembered our names and were so friendly

Amazing resort. The activities staff is fantastic. THANK YOU Gabi, Ari, Sergio. They are so fun, and we had a phenomenal time playing pool Volleyball everyday with them and other guests. Don’t miss musical chairs either. The resort had great food and drinks. Shows are pretty darn good too.

We stayed 11/01/25-11/06/25 in a preferred swim out suite. We overall loved our stay and will be coming back. Upon arrival we were fully prepared to have to throw on a swim suit and be shown to our room later. However, our room was available early! That was a pleasant surprise. Checking it was easy enough. You download an app while you’re checking in and that is used as your key. I highly recommend downloading the Hyatt app ahead of time. We used it for room service and room requests. Our favorite restaurants was the Japanese restaurant and the Mexican restaurant. Honorable mention for the pool side grill. I had the jerk chicken everyday. I loved the pools though we only went to the party pool once. The bartenders seemed overwhelmed and there wasn’t any chairs for us to lounge so we ended up leaving. Our goal was to be at every pool during our stay so goal achieved. The lagoon pool was surprisingly cold! Our preferred room comes with the hydrotherapy at the spa which we took advantage of on the only rainy day we had. It was actually fun! We loved our guide! I was a little ahead of my husband because I couldn’t spend more time in the steam room. I had her lie to him saying I put my whole head in the cold plunge so that he would do it…she totally sold it. We tipped her extra because she knew the weather wasn’t great but was so attentive. That was a memorable experience for me. The beach is okay here but you need to understand your needs when it comes to an AI. If you are a beach person, this may not be the place for you. The sand is powdery and there’s always loungers available. The taco cart and dessert cart next to it is a must! They work so hard and it shows. I took off a Star because the service was lacking in some ways that I did not expect. I am unsure because it was due to all the large groups there during our time (we counted 3 weddings and at least 1 corporate event) but our room was half cleaned most days. For example, one day our dirty sheets were still on the ground. Our snacks weren’t always refilled. We also only ever had turn down service on the very first night. It was so odd. We didn’t say anything because in the grand scheme of things it doesn’t matter. Also, the lights in our room would turn on in the middle of the night. We were told someone could come and look at it but we declined. We will be back though. The food is great and there’s so much to do here. Honorable mention: no one told us we have to key prompt the elevator when going to the observatory. Eventually someone in the elevator told us to get to the top we would have to do that 🤣 thank you to that kind stranger
