3 night stay to help friends celebrate a wedding. Resort is new, modern, lovely! Stunning ocean view from the main building. We opted in for Preferred Club which has mixed reviews, we were happy with the upgrade and would recommend. Enjoyed the ability to spend time at the quieter rooftop pool and ate all breakfasts and lunch at the rooftop restaurant. Given we were there for a wedding we had limited opportunity to check out the other restaurants. Pool concierge Daniel was super helpful and attentive, thank you! The main pool, closest to the ocean is definitely the most active. We had a ocean view room on the exterior, definitely recommend trying to get a room that faces the interior. Although we could view the ocean, our view was more of dirt parking lot and a hotel that appeared to be under renovation. If we were there for more than 3 days, I would have pushed for a room change. Would have enjoyed more live music options during post-dinner hours and an outside pre-dinner craft cocktail option. We do not lean towards all-inclusive venues however for those that do a great option and worth a try!

Was treated with nothing but repeat and amazing service from the time we arrived until we departed. We were preferred so only used the roof top pool and pretty much had breakfast and lunch there. Did breakfast or lunch buffet maybe twice but we rather eat at preferred pool. Room 3710 has an amazing view but it’s by the UVC room so you’ll hear loud music starting around 7am to maybe 6 -7 pm. Be prepared for long waits at all restaurants besides the Mexican which was our favorite and Italian being my least since I got food poisoning on my last night which I’m still recovering from. Dark horse is a good spot to watch the games or grab a drink while you wait for the buzzer to go off for dinner. Plenty of pools but they were just too cold so didn’t care for any of them. Great drink service ever. I would return when the get dinner wait times under control.

Moche Resort
Sebastian and Gabriella were a blast in the Qgua Aerobics class! She played a fun guessing game with me. The French restaurant Bisou was fabulous. I highly recommend the resort.

Secrets Moxche exceeded our expectations.
Secrets Moxche was wonderful. We traveled with our son and daughter in law and we are in our early 50s and they are in their late 20s and the hotel felt comfortable for both age groups. The pools were amazing, with various levels of entertainment/activity depending on your mood/vibe. The restaurant food was great - we did the Mexican, Japanese and Italian and all were good - but we thought the Mexican was the best. We didn't get to the French or the steakhouse. The service across the entire property was top notch - from the moment our transportation dropped us off to the departure everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. The resort is spotless, including the restrooms, rooms, pools, common spaces and walkways. The landscape is lush and there is space to mingle with other guests or find quiet private spaces. Rooms are gorgeous, we upgraded to a Preferred Junior Suite with ocean view, and it did not disappoint. This gave us access to the Preferred Rooftop deck with restaurant and pool. We never made it to any of the shows but they seemed cool, just a little late for us. For all going on on the property, the rooms were quiet. The property felt very safe with reservation name needed to enter the gated property on which the hotel sits. We wish the restaurants took reservations, they are first come first served, and we wished the poolside food had a little more options, but those were our only two complaints, otherwise was incredible. Shout out to Alfredo and Daniel (server and concierge) at the Sugar Reef pool, they remembered our names each day and their service was excellent!
