Food was really good. Our concierge was Luis and he was excellent. Everytime we texted him he got back to us promptly. All of the staff were very attentive and we never really had to wait. One recommendation would be to have all of the restaurants require reservations as we did have to wait for dinner a few times.

Wonderful trip due to the wonderful staff
I loved my experience at this resort! Our host, Jeison Calderon, was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive. He made sure we had what we needed everyday, and he was a big reason as to why my family and I enjoyed the stay so much. The people were so kind, and all the food was delicious!!! We leave with such fond memories!!

My Best experience in Punta Cana
Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa (9 Days Vacation) In my fourth visit to Punta Cana lodging in different resorts, I’ve found a complete paradise. Amazing Anniversary getaway
From the minute we arrived at Secrets Cap Cana everything from A-Z was simply perfect. Our butler, Matiel Reyes went out of his way to make sure that our stay was perfect & that we were happy, enjoying every minute. If we had a question or a request, he was right on top of it. If I sent him a message, he would respond within 5 seconds. No matter what we needed, his response was, where are you? I will be right there. I will take care of it!!! His goal was to make sure that our Anniversary stay was perfect and it certainly was thanks to Matiel Reyes. Always smiling, helpful & hardworking. He spoiled us with room decorations, cake, champagne, special snacks & constantly kept in touch with us asking if there was anything more he can do for us. He was amazing & his service was outstanding. The icing on the cake was when he heard that our flight was Sunday night at 7:30 pm so he made some phone calls and surprised us when he told us that we can check out at 5 pm instead of at noon so that we can enjoy our last day at the pool and beach and go back to our bungalow to shower, rest & get ready for Amstar to pick us up. Matiel made sure that our luggage were picked and & dropped off at the lobby as well close to our pick up time. The food, entertainment, service & cleanliness at secrets cap Cana were simply above expectations. Everyone works so hard and are extremely friendly. This was our 2nd time at this resort and we will gladly stay he again. For us, Secrets Cal Cana is home. We were treated like family.

Sandals Cap Cana: Second Visit Confirms Its Status as the Best! The True Star: Our Concierge, Alexander Reyes
This was our second visit to Sandals Cap Cana, and if we thought the first trip was incredible, this one truly set a new standard. We were thrilled to bring friends along this time, and our stay in a luxurious swim-out room only added to the perfection of the experience. The resort's amenities are simply stunning. The main pool is fantastic, perfectly complemented by a great pool bar that kept the tropical drinks flowing. Our favorite feature remains the breathtaking infinity pool, which offers unparalleled views overlooking the pristine beach and the turquoise ocean. The True Star: Our Concierge, Alexander Reyes While the resort itself is world-class, the defining element of this trip was the unparalleled service provided by our concierge, Alexander Reyes. This visit coincided with my wife’s 50th birthday, and Alexander single-handedly turned it into an event we will never forget. He went above and beyond, coordinating every detail—from a surprise floating drinks tray in our pool to ensuring birthday cakes appeared at the pool and our special restaurant dinner. Finding beautiful flowers in our room was the perfect finishing touch. We have experienced butler service at several other high-end resorts, and Alexander's dedication and personalized care far surpassed anything we’ve received elsewhere. He wasn't just accommodating; he was proactive in creating moments of joy. Alexander is, without a doubt, the main reason we chose to return to Sandals Cap Cana, solidifying his role as an indispensable part of the Sandals experience. Kudos to him! Shoutouts to the Exceptional Team The dedication to excellence extends across the entire team. We want to give special shoutouts to the incredible pool and bar service staff: Ariel, Emanuel, Roudie (Pepperoni), and Judy. Your energy and attentiveness made every day relaxing and fun. Finally, the entertainment team was fantastic, keeping the energy high. Lady No Gaga and Scoobie deserve recognition for their infectious spirit and talent. Sandals Cap Cana is more than just a resort; it's a guaranteed luxury experience defined by its staff. We look forward to our third trip soon!
