We had a great time. We pick this location for the surf break, but the resort and entertainment staff are great too. Special shoutout for Ana and Wendy as well as the pool side servers, Luis, Ivan and Marcel.

Excellent Service, Amazing Food, and Pretty Christmas Decor
We spent 8 fabulous days/nights at Secrets Bahia Mita in early December, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there - the beach, pools, food, activities, and more were all great! The food at Bahia Mita was some of the best food of any Secrets location that we have been to, and we've been to a lot of them. So many different restaurant options, and the food is high quality and plated beautifully. The service from all of the employees at Bahia Mita is some of the best service that we've experienced at an all inclusive resort. Everyone works hard to make sure that your time is the best that it can be. Special thanks to the following employees - Pool waiter Luis - He took good care of us each day delivering food and drinks to our pool chairs. Pool Concierge Shelva - We enjoyed seeing her at the pool each day, and she provided popsicles, cool washcloths, and helped us practice our Spanish too. Waiter Tenoch at Nebbiolo - He provided perfect dinner service and helped us practice our Spanish too. Water Activities Staff Jamie led us on a interesting beach walk The Jungle Trek Hike with Edgar was fun and informative, so much to see in the jungle grounds of the resort! Water aerobics class with Sophia was one of the best aerobics classes I've taken at Secrets. Esmerelda at the Sports Bar was a great server, putting in extra effort to ensure a great sports viewing experience. Daytime housekeeper Guadalupe and nighttime housekeeper Alejandra both kept our room clean and well stocked. Waitress Melina at Olio, and the entire wait staff (I can't recall their names) at Mezes provided excellent service. The resort was decorated for Christmas which was beautiful. Tip if you like to ocean swim - The beach in front of the resort (including in the ocean) is very rocky, bring water shoes. If you want to swim in sandy bottom ocean, just walk across the rocks to the right when the tide is low. Secrets Bahia Mita definitely a place that we would return to!

Wonderful relaxing vacation. The food was amazing. Staff were great! Lots of walking to the pools, restaurants and beach.

From check-in to check-out, our experience at Secrets Bahia Mita was absolutely outstanding. Carlos on the Secrets side did an amazing job and set the tone for a truly memorable stay with exceptional service and attention to detail. The food and drinks throughout the resort were consistently amazing. Manuel at the Bluewater lunch restaurant delivered excellent service and made every visit enjoyable. At the main floor pool bars, Miguel and Paty were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always creating a great atmosphere. Dario at the 8th floor pool bar was awesome, and Gerardo at Capers provided wonderful service as well. Rafael and Kelly were awesome Pickleball instructors—fun, engaging, and professional. In the gym, Nora did an incredible job keeping everything spotless and also led excellent spin and yoga classes. Yoga on the beach was a highlight—8am yoga on the beach with Janna was absolutely awesome and the perfect way to start the day. Aydee from the E-Team was also very helpful and added to the overall positive experience. This resort truly deserves its five-star rating. Exceptional service, amazing staff, great food, and unforgettable experiences throughout. We can’t wait to return!

Great time at Bahía Mita.
Everywhere I went was special and had incredible service. Everyday at the sky bar pool Fabricio, Omar and all the bar tenders were attentive, even Efrain and Shetland who always greeted with a smile and recognized and remembered me and guests. Same at restaurants, again Sheyla and additionally Carlos, Andres, Lupita and my server at the romantic dinner who remembered me from other restaurants and every detail of what I liked. And of course Gustavo, my concierge and butler, who checked in every day and was always attentive to me. All around a great experience.
