Hotel Advisories
  • AdvisoryIf you request to have your room cleaned there will be a $15 per service cleaning fee for Studio and One Bedroom Apartments, and $20 per service for the 2 Bedroom Apartment. This fee is optional and not included in your reservation. Cleaning service must be requested at the front desk.
  • AdvisoryUpon arrival, the hotel will request to present the passport as a regular check-in process. In the case that the customer arrives with a Voucher that only has Local Dominican Documentation, the hotel reserves the right to accept the booking; therefore, the arrival and check-in could be denied. A supplement of US$100.00 dollars, per person, per night will be charge directly to customers that are not eligible if they still want to check-in

    Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
