    This resort has absolutely everything!

If you are looking for calming sunny beaches, pools for the kids, wonderful food, all inclusive dining or just relax and enjoy the scenery, this place has it all in spades! It’s our personal ‘happy place’ and a joy to reacquaint ourselves with available fine dining or personal cooking and shopping each time we return. A very pleasant surprise awaits!

We booked this hotel through Expedia under the impression it was an all-inclusive resort. The day we arrived we were informed it was not. We had to pay $60usd per person per day to access all-inclusive benefits. Once we started using the benefits we found out that they were, in-fact, limited. In order to receive full access we were told we had to upgrade once again. (We did not upgrade) We were limited to certain drinks and they sucked. No gym access...that is an additional $7/day. Seriously?.... The room is terrible. It is dilapidated and very small. The bed is one of the smallest I have ever slept in. It's not even a queen size. They give you 2 bottles of water and do not stock the fridge at all. Hotel staff was not helpful with our concerns. They can leave their response to this post but, trust me, they do not care. Do not stay here if you are accustomed to carefree, convenient, and luxurious all-inclusive resort vacations.

    Health Emergency Response !

My wife had a stroke while on a beach palapa. Capitan Yosebel Valdiva took charge immediately, corrdinating the emergency response, Doctor, wheelchair, hospital etc. Both my wife and I felt we were extremely fortunate to have Capitan Valdivia present when the emergency occurred. Well done!! We greatly look forward to our next visit, being reassured of a very competent staff!!!

Everything you need in one place!

8 of us, aged 27 - 82,stayed at Paradise Village for 10 days. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone coming to the area. You can eat at one of several restaurants on the property (5 I believe) or order room service, and there's a bar in the lobby and two beach bars. Right outside the front gate there's a private mall with full grocery store and small pharmacy. There are big events several nights a week that include open bar and buffet dinner and a show or live music. There are 3 pools, a big main pool with waterslides and contests throughout the day, a large secondary pool that's a bit more quiet and a lap pool. There's 500 palapa on the beach too. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Shoutout to Pedro! He was our favourite at Kaybal bar!

    Great location

There are plenty of activities to be had. A wonderful beach adds value. Plenty of lounges are available for the guests. No need to be down on the beach by 7 am to reserve one. Snack Bar is also on the Beach. The resort was smaller and more intimate a few years ago and we liked it better then but that’s progress I guess.
