    Unbelievable 10th anniversary felt like a honeymoon all over again.

    An absolutely wonderful beautiful experience from top to bottom. Enrique, Aldo, Humberto, and everyone we came in contact with was there to make our entire trip feel special. Even before we got to the room we were told we got the best one and everything everything about it made it the best. Far east corner room allowed us to watch the sun rise from our bed. The food. Oh the food. Not a single bite was unsatisfactory. We wanted a quiet getaway for our 10th anniversary and Palafitos Overwater Bungalows delivered in every way at every turn. I would give 10 stars if I could.

    First Time at Palafitos — Absolutely Amazing

    Palafitos in Mexico was an absolutely beautiful experience — peaceful, luxurious, and so relaxing. From start to finish, everything was seamless. We had amazing door-to-door service, and a special shoutout to Alberto, who was such a vibe! He kept us laughing the entire time and made it so easy to connect with him. Our butlers, William and Pilar, truly went above and beyond. Pilar brought my vision to life with the most romantic beach dinner to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday — it was perfect. William didn’t miss a single detail, making sure every reservation and request was handled flawlessly. It was our first time staying here, but definitely not our last. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

    Best vacation ever!

    Best vacation we’ve ever been on. Service was top notch. William, Pillar, and Shirem took care of our every need. Alberto was the best golf cart chauffeur and Palom and Felipe were great at the bar. Food is phenomenal! We will be back!

    Sweet as honey Honeymoon.

    Everything about this trip was fantastic! We were picked up at the airport in a luxury SUV with the nicest driver. We arrived at El Delrado Maroma and were greeted with a cool towel and then driven to our bungalow on a golf cart. Alberto was the nicest man who made us feel so welcomed! He helped bring our luggage in and showed us around. Our butlers, Janet and Ferdinand, were also so helpful. They ensured we had everything we could possibly want and made our trip so special. They made reservations, decorated our room to celebrate our honeymoon, set up a snorkeling excursion and ensured we didn’t have to stress about anything. Beyond thankful for everyone!
