Dec 10, 2025A Splendid Hotel.
We loved this hotel. And stayed in possibly the best room - 615. It had a terrace and views of the Alhambra. The reason our short vacation was so good is because of the wonderful staff, especially Andrea and Alexandra, and the Level class of the room. We had very good breakfasts in the lounge, coffee and tea at any time, along with wine and snacks. Between 5.00 and 7.00 other alcoholic drinks were also available. This was an excellent place to relax or work with splendid views of the city and the Alhambra. The location of the hotel was very good too. It was close to the Catedral de Granada and many interesting shops, bars and cafes. We would return in a heart beat.

Ideal location comfortable rooms walkin shower good amenities. 2 things missing were bell boy to carry bags and tissue box in rooms . Front office staff was helpful and courteous housekeeping. Room temerature control needs revision twicw i had to open windows. Taxi came within minutes to the hotel.

Fantastic hotel with the most wonderful staff!
We loved our stay at the Melia Granada! The hotel and room were very nice and the location was perfect! The breakfast and lounge on the 6th floor had unbelievable views of The Alhambra, it was such a great place to start and end our day. But most of all it was the staff of the Melia Granada that made it fabulous! From the welcoming front desk staff that were so helpful and kind, to the housekeeping staff and to our fantastic servers of breakfast, dinner and cocktails in the 6th floor lounge...all were the gold standard of service! We will be back!

Excellent hotel well situated in historic Granada. Welcoming and helpful staff, especially Andrea and Paula. Excellent food and environment.

Positive: Very good location. Parking available beside the hotel. A lot to do nearby. Restaurants are very good and nice breakfast buffet. Nice rooftop bar, Small but a nice view. Modern Lobby and rooms with nice amenities. Négative: we got a room overviewing the street with bad insonorisation. We could not sleep with all the noise . Staff on checking was not friendly and not helpful. Very disapointed
