The experience at live aqua was amazing. The service was fantastic and the the food was amazing. We had a great time and especially enjoyed the “club” with Pablo and Jorge leading the show. They made our engagement special and we would definitely be back to celebrate here again. Another shout out to Efrain at the buffet because he gave us great service. Thank you to the Live Aqua Staff!

Favorite place to revisit
Very calming atmosphere and convenient location not too far from the airport and was next to a mall. Very wonderful staff throughout the whole hotel (ie butlers, pool check in desk, beach/pool waiters, restaurant waiters, etc). Great beach and food. Beautiful rooms.

Best time ever!
We had a great time. We are return guests and attended the Aqua Lovers Fest which was 3 days of fun activities. We upgraded this time to the Aqua Club level. Our butlers were Arturo and Vividiana. They were beyond wonderful. They surprised our friend with special birthday decorations in his room. They were always asking were we good, did we need anything. V (we called her) made our reservations and spa appointments. I didn’t think we would use their services much but we really did. I would highly recommended this services especially this team. ❤️

Cantcun wait to come back
We had a fabulous time. Peaceful, great food, fun and relaxing. Carlos and Maggie were the best at coordinating our meals, golf, cabanas and more. Our stay was perfect thanks to them.

The 402 gang takes on LA (Live Aqua) !!!
My friends and I came for a birthday and it was all our first times here and we absolutely have loved it so far and the staff. Pablo gave a great tequila tasting presentation. Louie and Ricky Ricardo are the best entertainers here and we love them!! Food was amazing and the hospitality overall was as well. We will be back!!! Much love, The Nebraska Gang <3 P.S. They make some damn good espresso martinis ;)
