Their attention to detail, warm professionalism, and constant eagerness to help made every moment feel seamless and special. They anticipated needs before I even had to ask and went above and beyond in every way. Truly exceptional service — five stars isn’t enough! Highly recommend.

Another Awesome Trip to Live Aqua
My husband and I visited Live Aqua for the fifth in the first week of December. As usual we had an amazing time! We took some of our best friends with us this time and they were quite impressed with the food quality, and the awesome staff. We had Alan and Stephany as our butlers and they were so attentive and helpful. As always our guy Guillermo at the Aqua Club took great care of us making our trip even better. We hung out at the beach and pool, had a great time with the activities staff doing aqua acrobatics, and music trivia bingo. We are “Aqua Lovers” as they say and we look forward to our next opportunity to visit! If you’re heading to Cancun this is definitely a resort you should visit.

Trip #8 in the Books! 😍
We just returned from our eighth visit to the Live Aqua in Cancun. It was a fabulous trip and we will return for #9. Sending a special thank you to Roosevelt our Pool waiter, he made sure our drinks were flowing and our water cooler was full. Our butlers Viridiana was superb.I will miss her. 🤗 I can not forget Arturo and Allan.who also made sure we were doing and if we needed anything. It’s always special when Maria and Flavio are at the towel hut, their smiles are infectious and always giving you a special hug. The Live Aqua is home away from home.

Excellent Customer Service
Westin in Cabana pool service was great. His expertise and service was top notch. He made sure that that we had everything we needed poolside and made sure we were satisfied. Couldn’t be more happier with the scenery and excellent personal touch. Thank you
