    Omar in the lobby bar was amazing! Took our instructions for a specialty drink and executed masterfully! Canadians love our drinks!

    Our experience was great, Marco was unreal and Manuel was super helpful!

    Marco our helper, he was amazing, helped a lot with chairs and reservations for restaurants. Also Marco was great helping us with drinks!!

    10/10 experience Marco, Immanual and Adrian were the best and the most friendly people! Anything you ask they will be more than happy to help! Best first experience out of the country!

    Marco from concierge is the man. This guy is an incredible person service is 10/10. When we need something Marco does it with pleasure.

    Entertainment

    Entertainment was great with aquarobics with Victoria but it can be noisy by the family pool, food by the pool, recommend fish tacos
