What a wonderful experience. We spent 7 days here. Great Fitness classes. It is wonderful that they offer so many wellness activities. Food was excellent at each restaurant (Karla was always so sweet at breakfast). Entertainment staff was awesome...especially Rebecca! Beach club was so nice and felt like a little adventure. 20 minutes from the airport made it really convenient. Bring water shoes if you plan to go to Xplor (highly recommend)!

The Exceptional Vivid Experience
One of my favourite resort experiences ever ! My wife and I went to this resort twice in one year. In April and then again in December 2025. Food is exceptional, service was amazing. Special shout outs to Taylor, Orlando, Gamabel, Angel, Rebecca, Cesar and the rest of the staff at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. Thank you for making my wife and I stays such an incredible experience!

30th Birthday to never forget!
The location is beautiful with the golf course or the bay view. The atmosphere due to the entertainment team, bar staff and hospitality team made our trip on to remember. We celebrated our birthdays with them and they went above and beyond. Quite after midnight but there a full day schedule everyday including fitness classes, paddle, ping pong, poker, salsa dancing so we didn't even need to leave on the days we didn't want to. The rooms are huge and luxurious, kept clean everyday through the maid service. The price for 2 weeks in an all inclusive 5 star resort was more than reasonable and we did abuse the unlimited bar and restaurants. All trips and excursions can be booked within the hotel which made it easy and safe. Special shout out to Angel, Sofia, Maria, Cezar, Orlando, Oliver and Patricio. All such lovely people and deserve a pay rise for all the memories they created for us. Can't wait to see you all again!

Book it!
The food was exceptional. There were activities for all ages. Evening entertainment was great. Plenty of seats and room at the pools. Easy 7 minute transportation to the beautiful beach - pools available there too. Resort was spotless and the staff was excellent. I felt this was a great value for the cost.

This trip was not just a vacation for my wife and I it was a memorable experience Which I can say, was provided by the excellent staff and entertainment committee of the hotel Grand Vivid to provide activities and excellent accommodations for our stay restaurants and bars were all excellent and service was above and beyond expectations
