Walk from self-parking is quite the hike and uphill Hotel was clean (except for small back bugs or our counter in room on 18th floor- we noticed on morning of checkout) Text for assistance is promoted throughout- tried it out on Saturday night bc my parents were locked out of their safe and nobody answered? Hotel in desperate need of a refresh- bumpy carpet in hallways is difficult to roll luggage and a tripping hazard Loungers at “lake” are damaged and worn, as is a lot of the railing on the grounds No vegan options at Market store Catering, food and bar service for wedding we attended was excellent- too bad the rest of the hotel did not align Would recommend different accommodations if you are attending for an event

Excellent hotel and location
Great stay! From the very start to the very end, every employee was happy, smiling and on it! The person who answers the text line was FIRE and so fast and helpful! The resort is beautiful, with the pools and ample chairs and shade. The grounds are spotless and inviting. The breakfast area is clean and easy to get around and the staff members there are so friendly and helpful as well. They even remembered me when I came in for breakfast after the first day. I wasn't there for the "parks" but many were and it seemed like there was a shuttle to/from the parks and everyone had a great time.

Great resort with tons to do for families. The food was great, service was excellent, and we loved the location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

absolutely wonderful stay
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Cypress Gardens in Orlando. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The property itself is stunning—beautifully landscaped grounds, sparkling pools, and inviting common areas that create a relaxing atmosphere.
