    Made me feel wealthy!

    The room was very spacious and higher end scale, especially for the price. Staff were like friends back home. I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 day stay!

    Hotel Theodore – Seattle, WA

    Stayed at Hotel Theodore during my Seattle trip and couldn’t have picked a better hotel! The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The hotel has that perfect boutique-meets-historic charm, modern, stylish, and cozy all at once. The location is unbeatable, centrally located downtown, just a short 10-minute walk from Pike Place Market, surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. It’s the perfect home base for exploring the city. And if you ever don’t feel like going anywhere, Rider Restaurant is conveniently located downstairs a perfect place for a quick bite, a drink, or happy hour without leaving the hotel. Overall, Hotel Theodore made my Seattle stay super comfortable and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again next time!

    A disappointing night's sleep.

    Hotel Theodore is a lovely hotel. We had a nice good sized room. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The facilities were good & we had a generous sized bathroom. The room was in a quiet position & we thought we would have a relaxing two night stay. However, the room on the 3rd floor was right opposite the aircon system & it made a constant humming noise all night which affected our sleep. We were already jet lagged after flying from UK to Waikiki then to Seattle & had hoped for a good night's sleep. When we complained all we were told was that they would pass our complaint to maintenance. We knew this was a cop out. The receptionist just dismissed us. Very poor service. She could have done with some customer service training. Her attitude was so different to the young lady who checked us in at the reception desk the night before. She was friendly, polite & very helpful.

    This is the nicest hotel. Super comfortable rooms and amazing staff. The rooms are super clean and everything you need is at your fingertips!

    Great location

    The location is in the heart of downtown and everything was an easy walk to get to. The room we got was so incredibly spacious, the bathroom a bit small but nothing uncomfortable. The hotel was so beautiful and the bar/restaurant had wonderful customer service.
