This was a weekend business trip with beautiful scenery. My coworkers and I were pleased to bring family too, to enjoy all the it had to offer. The workshops and meetings were all on the premises. It was a pleasure.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, they had christmas decor and music which gives holiday vibes. But despite telling the front desk couple of times we came back after a whole day to a dirty room and had to call housekeeping to get fresh towels and clean trash. Its the second time this has happened to us in a hilton property that if we wanted housekeeping later in the day ot was not done. Also we were not impressed with the breakfast buffet. The omelet station was good but had only one person managing both omelet and waffle which means long waiting time. We had to wait a long time fod server to come and take an order for coffee and drinks. It would be better if they put water, juice and coffee out with the buffet since they do not have enough servers. The hashbrowns were tasty but cold and bagels were stale and hard. I am glad that our breakfast was included with the room because I would not have been happy to pay for that buffet.

Stayed in the Ambassador Suite and was very pleased.
This room was spectacular. The beach view and balcony was great. The bathroom was huge with a jetted tub and separate stand up shower. Has a microwave, frig and safe.

Great hotel - highly tecommend
Beautiful white sand beach and pools in the area. Restaurants in the lobby with excellent food and service. A little disappointed the outside restaurant closed at 6:00 on a Friday night and a full house with families. The spa is outstanding as is the spa director - truly cares about her spa. The guest room was spacious and clean.only thing I am surprised about in the guest rooms is they have ugly blue carpet - when they redid them why didn’t they put hardwood floors like other hotels have done which are sharp - gives a step up appearance. Overall excellent in all aspects.

Great location. Pools are nice and there is a nice restaurant for lunch and bar outside. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is way overpriced. Also rooms are showing their age.with loose shower rods, peeling wallpaper and faded carpets. At this price point and with this location I expect more.
