Dec 09, 2025Bad Experience Turned Out Great
I was extremely disappointed when I arrived to check in that the Santa Suite was not available even though I booked 2 weeks prior to my arrival. However, its associates like Terrance who made all the difference! He made sure I was accommodated very well and his attitude was very professional and kind. My short stay was Amazing because of the A+ customer service from Terrance!!

Great trip to New Orleans! Cheers to the holiday holiday season
Our room was handicap which we did not request and did not overlook the river so that was disappointing. We did overlook the roof. Hilton honors disappointed us. The highlight of the trip was meeting Hana T at the Hilton‘s honor desk in the lobby. She also had a coworker that was amazing a nice young man but I cannot remember his name. They were the best to help us with everything every day. The city is beautiful & the lights are beautiful especially for the holiday season. Happy holidays and thank you

The perfect Girls Trip
This location is perfect for a business or pleasure. There is a lovely view of the river. The staff is very warm and welcoming. There are some standout guys at guest services that went above and beyond during my short stay. Terrence at check in was the first person we encountered. The second man was Pierre B in Guest Services, who made us feel at home. We had a few small issues on our day and he quickly responded with a smile. The location was perfect.

Whoever was working the front desk on 12/1/25, 2:15 CST was really condescending when speaking with me on the phone. I asked about a charge on my personal card for one night's stay on a trip I booked with my business card. I wanted help understanding the statement they emailed me so I can explain the situation to my work if I need to request reimbursement through my job. The front desk staff kept cutting me off, laughing at me, and speaking slowly in an exaggerated way each time I tried to ask a question. This is really disappointing from a brand that I used to associate with having professional standards.

Great Business Trip to the Big Easy
Wonderful stay. Amazing staff. Delicious good. Centrally located. I loved that my room was serviced each day. If I could make just a few minor suggestions it would be to make the bathrooms larger. The door was right in front of the toliet and please put in more ice machines the nearest one was far from my room.
