Dec 03, 2025An unforgettable birthday celebration and a Cancun trip filled with happiness at every moment.
First of all, if you’re reading a review of the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort, consider yourself lucky. As you can see from many of the reviews, this resort is filled with warm, friendly, and positive staff. Yesterday was my nephew’s birthday, and when the buffet restaurant staff—Sup. Antony and waiter Alexis—heard about it, they surprised her with a birthday cake decorated with sparkling fireworks. The birthday lettering written in Spanish and the song they sang for her made the moment truly special. And that’s not all. The rooms have just been renovated, so they’re cozy and incredibly clean. Room service is complimentary, and they deliver everything with such care—from warm late-night snacks to ice-cold beer. The low-rise condo buildings are connected like a little village, and the natural scenery looks beautiful day and night. Both the food and drinks were consistently satisfying. For the price, I’d honestly give it 1000 out of 100. The kids’ club programs are great, and the pools are well maintained. If you have children, don’t hesitate—just book it.

Amazing staff, hotel, pools and beach! Can’t not fault this hotel and all the facilities available across the complex.
We will definitely return to the white sands. Amazing staff, food, hotel, pools and beach So much to do across all the hotels on this complex. Restaurant experiences were outstanding.

Very efficient bar staff
Excellent bar staff! Guaalope, Roger, Fredi and Juanita. So friendly, very efficient and service 1st class. Good sense of humour, fun to to be with. We had so much fun with them. Thank you so much for making our stay magical ❤️

Top notch Staff
Staff was very welcoming. Bereniee, Mayal. Treated us like family. Never a disappointment. Can’t wait till we go again
