Can’t get enough of this place!!!!!
Beautiful hotel, great price, outstanding service! Everyone is doing their best to make your experience the best possible! I really want to thank them! Starting with Hector the Premier manager and his right hand man Alan! Both very professional and attentive! Hector from the premier bar! Santos from Don Gus and Marco Polo, Cocom from Marco Polo, and to the people that made my mornings feel less hungover, Darving, Jair, Paula, Nain and Manuel! And Lizbeth from the Adults pool who would bring me my “Ojos Rojos”! Thank you to all! And I would really recommend this hotel!! For me it’s 10 star hotel!!!

Always make us want to come back!
It was our 2nd time staying here at GR Solaris! Everything is always so clean and the staff is marvelous! We have 7 year old girls that love the kids club! Crissel, Grecia and Bel go above and beyond to make the girls feel at home! They make amazing crafts! And always have great activities to keep them entertained and active! The girls wake up talking about the kids club! The shows are always different every night. After the shows there is always either a DJ or live music We have fun playing pool or fusbol The experience was so good that we decided to join The Solaris Family! 😊

Great service!!!
Ruben was excellent and happy to assist us in anything we needed. Ruben was leaving and I ask if I could get a bracelet done and he turn around with a big smile and say of course. Thank you Ruben for going the extra mile to help us in anything we needed.
