We stayed at GR Solaris as members in November 2025 and enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean, the à la carte restaurant food was great, and the activities offered were always entertaining! Bed linens are changed every 3 days, and housekeeping makes the bed, cleans the toilet, changes towels, etc., daily if desired. My sister, dad, and I enjoyed attending Yzrael’s morning yoga and Zumba classes. Yzrael also does Aqua Fit classes and gives tips in the gym, as he’s a personal trainer; we enjoyed working with him! We went with a group of 11 people in total, and found there was something for everyone! For dinners, they were able to seat us all together at all 3 restaurants (we just needed to make two separate bookings on the Solaris app, and add a request to sit together). Our only complaints were the dinner buffet (small, lack of variety) and no drink service down at the beach. The adults-only pool was a nice, quiet spot to hang out. It was pretty windy/rainy a couple of the days we were there, so the main pool didn’t have the swim-up bar open, and there were no umbrellas out by the beach lounge chairs. The resort had cool activities like kayaking in the lagoon across the street (no charge), cold plunges 2 days a week, and a foam party in the pool. The ocean was beautiful and great to swim in on nice days! The nighttime shows and entertainment were always great (Icons of Music was our favourite). There was also a Silent Disco one night after the show. It lasted over 2 hours and was so much fun. We had 3 channels to choose from on our headphones, each with a live DJ mixing music. We had tons of fun singing and dancing to different music together. As members, we were able to take a shuttle (or walk 10 minutes) over to Royal Solaris/GR Caribe resorts (they are connected). We enjoyed getting to explore their pools, restaurants, deli/cafe, and beach as well. GR Caribe has a new sports bar with a DJ until 1am, which was fun to go to! Overall, it was a great trip. We stayed at Royal Solaris Los Cabos last year, and definitely preferred Cancun!

Eric and Hector were AMAZING!!! Best service I’ve ever had!! Definitely will be back! They are respectful and very easy to talk to! Anyone that is interested come see them, you will not be disappointed!!

AMAZING AMBIENCE
Awesome service, Perla and gummy were amazing. Would recommend the spa package. They were very coucientious of our experience and keeping excess noise to a minimum. They were very insistent on making us comfortable

Amazing body scrub massage
Briny was very nice and gave a deep massage👍 enviornent was very peaceful and music was soothing. I recommend the body scrub, she did a nice detailed job

AMAZING STAY
Amazing hotel!!! The hotel is soo clean! Everything was nice and beautiful! The staff is amazing the entertainment team OMG JUST WOW! Also the shows at the hotel is crazy amazing! Marco, Criss, Grace, Bell and there’s others they were soo kind! If you have kids the kids club is realllyyy great I dont trust people with my child and i did with them! The beach is amazing! Only 1 point negative is the buffet the food is always the same once they had asian otherwise always the same the breakfast is really good. We even did the pyramid tour! Cancun city is 15min away from the hotel you can take the loval bus its 1$US, I recommend this hotel. People are afraid to go to mexico, don’t listen to the media!
