  Cheap and cheerful, but could off-property be better value for money?

  I stayed here for three nights in a ground floor standard room. The room was nicely appointed and clean upon arrival. Having the option of a pull-down bed or a table was nice for me, as I liked the extra space as a solo traveller. Housekeeping every other day is, however, disappointing for the price per night and an on-property stay. It was also quite loud, with flushing toilets and noise through the connecting door. Overall, I would stay here again when I'm being budget conscious, but it would be a toss-up of whether an off-site hotel might be better value for the downsides, and that Disney's Magical Express is no longer offered for free.

  Doesn’t really feel like a budget hotel

  We checked into this place online then they did a $100 hold on the card which was handy. This was released hours after we checked out so that’s ideal. The hotel itself was clean. The laundry machines use an app which makes it convenient, and the family suite was plenty of room for a family of 4, in the calypso area. Very close to reception. There’s bus services to the Disney parks and they hold onto your luggage on day 1 and checkout day. The staff are amazingly friendly and really make you feel welcome. The pools were heated and well kept. There were 2-3 lifeguards on at any one time so you really felt safe. The food was decent but a bit same-y. We didn’t eat at the hotel much, but breakfast was a good deal. The drinks cups are a brilliant idea with a range of drinks available, hot and cold. There was a full sized fridge in the room and even though the sign says they clean every 3 days, they cleaned every 2 after the third day. Cannot fault this hotel at all.

  A great base for busy Disney days

  Having previously stayed in the other 2 All-Stars, Music is just as good. It's a great price point for busy days at the parks, with 2 comfy beds and plenty of space. Housekeeping came every 2nd day, and always left clean towels. We actually like being in the non-preferred rooms in buildings away from the pool and food court, so we loved the country music block. Lots of options in the food court- big fan of the sesame chicken- and it's great that's it's open until 11 for late night snacks and water. The buses to the parks are great and there is a regular service from early until late.

  Great affordable stay

  My fianće & I stayed here 2 weeks ago for 4 nights. We chose this resort because it was on Disney property and it was one of the few affordable Disney hotels available. The room was fantastic- lots of space, 2 queen beds, a table with chairs, plenty of drawers and closet space. My only complaint about the room is that the bed was hard as a rock, it was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever laid on. The hotel was very easily navigable. One of our favorite spots especially late night after the parks would be the food court. We purchased the Disney cups for 22.99$ so at our hotel we can continuously refill unlimited amounts of times at the soda stations. We also were able to bring these cups to the park for water. The free bus service to the parks is such a plus for staying in a Disney resort.   Resort feels much more than “budget”

  As always, Disney does an excellent job providing a very comfortable place to stay. We have stayed in All Star Movies in the past, so chose All Star Music for a change. The resorts are the same, except for the theme. The resort is huge! The rooms are large, beds are comfortable and amenities are extensive. There are multiple pools, games room, a shop, food court and they have activities every day. The staff are so nice and helpful. They can store your luggage and your deliveries from grocery stores. Transportation is only by bus to the parks, but the wait was never very long.
