    Enjoyed our stay at the Casa Maat

    We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Casa Maat in Cabo. Jesus, Ricardo and Abraham anticipated our every need with such warmth and professionalism—handling our dinner reservations, helping with accommodation concerns and providing thoughtful guidance throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner team was outstanding, serving delicious made-to-order eggs, pancakes, and fresh juices each morning. Antonio from the dinner team was especially great. The experience at check in at the JW was not good because there was a reservation mixup with Trivalgo and it seemed no one wanted to help get it quickly resolved either at the JW or at Trivalgo, however the next day after speaking witg the reservations manager and providing the contact information at Trivalgo he took ownership of the situation and helped to get it resolved and for that he deserves a lot of credit. As a tech professional myself would like to remind management that the staff and their interaction with the guests is what defines the experience especially at certain price points and should be well taken care of. The exclusive, intimate atmosphere of Casa Maat combined with full access to the extensive amenities of the JW Marriott made our experience truly perfect. We would love to return

    Overall a Great Experience

    All the Staff and Butlers truly excellent. Authentically friendly and extremely attentive. We travel a lot and the people here make the place. I would give 4.5 of 5 if I could. Rooms clean and well appointed. Breakfast Buffet, lunch snacks and set menu dinner option included. Beer, wine, soft drinks and water included. Specialty drinks included for 2 hours in the evening. Fitness Center is over at the JW and you get access. Its a good facility. Ocean is dangerous for swimming with undertow although a few did. The dinners are quite limited and nothing special aside from the service which was great. We had a couple dinners, but chose to eat out mostly. The place is very quiet and laid back which we like. You don't have to scramble for a pool chair in the morning. Its not elegant like the Ritz Carlton Zadun just down the beach - but its not as pricey either. Although it is far from cheap. My wife ordered a margarita the first afternoon without checking prices. The bill $35USD. That got our attention. We would come back. Overall a great experience

    Location was good. Staff was professional and friendly. Rooms at Casa Mat needs some upgrade to justify the price and differentiate from the regular rooms. The butler service was good, but will suggest to provide a most personalized experience to the guest. Place was clean. I was not able to go down the beach because stairs were broke. I wish they provide transportation, but the third party they have was really good. Overall, it was the perfect place for me, female solo traveler and I felt safe. Thanks, Mrs. Figueroa
