The staff was really friendly and attentive. The property is surrounded by lots of nature, which gives it a peaceful and authentic vibe. The hotel itself is beautiful— yes, some parts feel a little old, but that’s actually part of its charm and character. The spa service was excellent, very professional.

Super relaxing stay
This place is honestly perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet. We stayed in one of the cenote rooms and it was amazing! Super spacious and very clean with a beautiful view and even a minibar stocked with everything you need. The food is fresh, cooked to order, and they’ll happily personalize it for you, which makes such a difference.

We had such a great time here. The vibe is super relaxed and the natural setting is just beautiful. Everything feels peaceful.

Unique
The hotel offers a truly peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature and perfect for unwinding. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor. From relaxing by the pool to joining the different activities offered, every moment was memorable.

Unforgettable experience
Te temazcal ceremony was absolutely incredible! Such a unique and powerful experience that left us feeling completely renewed and connected. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
