Dec 03, 2025I enjoyed my stay
My visit was during the weekdays so I might not have caught the night life at its peek but the overall stay was nice and relaxing. The only thing that was missing was the beachfront. I will recommend and would not mind visiting again

A nice hotel for short business or family stay but be advised that it is isolated from San Jose by the highway so you will have to drive to have any other choices. Breakfast was bearable and a good value. The rooms are large and comfortable. Very corporate feeling, not cozy.

Nov 30, 2025Dirty Room - zero help from management
Don't stay here, I arrived very late to a dirty room. The late night staff said there was nothing they could do until the morning. When i complained to the front desk, they said management would contact me about a refund. That never happened.

Hotel is a bit old. Dors not look like 5 star. More like 3 star .Few staff know english. Difficult to communicate. Limited breakfast spread. No pastries/ crossonts. NO BANANAS KEPT THOUGH THEY ARE CHEAP AND SPECIALTY OF COSTARICA ESPECIALLY THE SMALL SIZE ONES WHICH ARE VERY SWEET. Omlette lady is too busy. Unable to handle peak time guests. My wife asked for one Boied egg. After30 minutes, it was not delivered . Spoke to 3 staff members. Difficult to communicate. But boiled egg is a simple thing to serve. So we had to leave the breakfast room. Not staying here again.

Nice hotel, rubbish food and awful staff
A nice hotel but the staff don't give a sh1t. We were ignored at the bar as they were dealing with a large convention. At dinner we were segregated and had a poor choice of food. Leaving the bar to go to dinner, we were made to put our wine into different glasses as we couldn't take the ones we had into the restaurant. Never know such a shambles of a hotel. Avoid at all costs. They do not give a toss!
