    Beautiful hotel

    Fantastic holiday all the staff are fantastic they make your holiday nothing was to much all the restaurant were like going to a top notch restaurant over in the uk Men smart chinos in all restaurants the pool bar staff Pedro and esalest were very funny and a asset to the hotel me and my family have been well travelled a lot of 5* hotels this is a very clean and special hotel . I can not name all the staff that put themselves above and beyond there were so many we tipped all The pool is surprisingly warm the heat is different here we all got well tanned. The pool is cleaned daily and does look very clean For those who love there cocktails a must try a banana mamma delicious The rooms very clean and tidy if you are like me and like a late afternoon snooze you can ask your cleaner to do your room early Sun loungers were available all day do not panic getting a lounger Never seen so many empty . Mini grips the bar waitress in the reception bar at night we sat for 10 minutes they stood at the end of the bar they did see us we did not get served I got it myself in the end the bar was relatively quiet not impressed they will collect the empty glasses though. Mosquito are rampant here we found the local spray OF Was the best but we are in the wet season the hotel does charge a very expensive price for this $23 dollars day light robbery £12 pounds on Amazon they also own the shops in the village same price all round We found the rooms needed more electric sockets each person will have a phone ,iPad, smart watch the beds were not that comfortable quite hard in-fact but the pros really did out weigh the cons Would we come again 100% Tips down load the Bahia app one week before traveling and book your restaurants for your stay .

    Bring lots of strong mosquito repellent!

    On arrival to the room electronic keys did not open the room door. Dominga reception manager helped and brought us working keys to our dinner table. When we got bitten by mosquitos and developed an allergy, reception manager Dominga gave us good advice. The hotel has a strong focus on customer satisfaction all along our stay. Mosquito repellent is essential, make sure you bring plenty to last your whole stay!

    Nice holiday

    Second visit, hotel looking tired and need of a little TLC, food nice choice but they seem unable to keep it hot. Loved the Takara restaurant. Rooms clean. Staff are great animation work really hard. Bar and reception very helpful, some guest experience not helpful. A nice holiday

    Fabulous

    One day left at Bougainville we have had the most wonderful time. We have met a lovely group of people and had such laughs aided by the wonderful entertainment teams so hats off to the fabulous marilys, Francesca , Alexi and your colleagues Thank you guys for hours of fun and laughter you all work so hard. Also a shout out to miss cellesse the waitress at the quiet pool who kept us supplied in drinks . This lady walks miles around the pool and always has a smile and a joke. The staff all work tirelessly the maids gardeners and restaurant staff and are always courteous and pleasant

    Good but rooms need upgrades.

    The best thing about the resort is the staff and entertainment team. Everyday they made me feel extra special and kept the day full of activities. I really enjoyed Marie and the gang. Only down fall is the rooms are not clean and I got bed bug bites. The bed it self was horrible as it was very noisy every time me or my husband rolled over. The room could be cleaner.
