We had another lovely ten nights at the Bahia Principe Fantasia hotel. This was our third visit and the hotel is just as nice - spotlessly clean, great spacious rooms (junior suite), yummy buffet and it looks as some areas are being redecorated. The service is both the sports bar and lobby bar is excellent! Many a night spent on the Aperol Spritz…can’t wait to go back again!

The most incredible holiday
This was the most incredible holiday ever! The staff are incredible, the food was lovely and always a good variety (we did eat out a few times and there are loads of lovely wee local restaurants and bars along the sea front) and the drinks were amazing! The entertainment for the children was second to none! Our little boy was too young for the kids club but he was always welcome to join in on activities with a parent present which was great. The addition of Candyman performing and handing out goodies around the hotel was such a lovely addition. The staff in this hotel were just incredible and such an asset to the company. We have stayed in Bahia Principes before and was very disappointed so I was concerned about this trip but I was so wrong! The only thing that was a slight issue was the lifts and that is really picking the bones of it. The lifts are quite narrow and there are not enough of them around the hotel but that is really the only negative thing I could say. We will 100% be back next year! Thank you for making our holiday so special where we created the most amazing memories.

Best five star all inclusive
Hotel was amazing. Staff were so efficient friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Food was nice. First all inclusive that I’ve actually enjoyed. Cocktails in the lobby bar were 1st class. Everything was so easy. Which made holiday so chilled. We tried the Asian a la carte and it was yummy. Highly recommend the peking duck. We tried the Italian and that was nice. The lasagne was really nice. The slush cocktails around the adults only were also nice. It’s great for couples & families. So much to do. And they had a adults only area in the buffet restaurant.

This hotel was absolutely awful and nowhere near worth the money. The food was rubbish, and the so-called “all-inclusive” is a joke — we had to pay extra for ice creams, certain beers, and the spa. There is barely anything for kids. The games room charges €2 per game and most of the machines don’t even work — they just swallow your money. The pools are freezing cold, like ice baths, so the kids couldn’t enjoy them at all. When someone in our group got injured, the hotel doctor tried to charge £120 just to say “go to hospital.” when we did not even have to pay in the first place. Rooms were nice, but that’s the only positive. Overall, a terrible experience — would never return and would not recommend to anyone.

Fantastic !
Fantastic hotel, amazing staff! . Very impressed with the number of staff about, and they were always helpful - a credit to the hotel/manager ! Very much geared up for families but we visited as a couple and had an amazing time. Would 100% visit again. Keep up the good work Fantasia.
