Jul 24, 2025My room was on the !9th floor and had a marvelous view of the beach which I enjoyed very much. It was very clean, and the housekeeper was very good. Recommendations to make it upscale, is to add a mini fridge with a couple of soft drinks, chips & nuts and candy bars, and of course water bottles. Also, the towels where rough to the touch, they need to be renewed. We liked that they had a coffee shop in the lobby, and it was pretty good, it would have been excellent if they had a better selection of flavors to add to our coffee, it also lacked a better selection of bakery goods. The attendant was always courteous and provided the best possible service. Pool area definitely needed more waiters, in the entire week that we were there, we were only attended once. The restaurants were equivalent to Denny's in the states, with the exception when you are given the opportunity to fine dining at the specialty restaurants 3 times only. The menus where very limited, Seafood was not available with the exception of a crab cake appetizer. Overall, our stay was average! We went out to dinner in town where we took advantage of the 5-star seafood restaurants.

The customer service in the hotel is beyond outstanding, every single hotel employee is willing to help and always shows a positive attitude. The hotel is in great shape and you can notice that employees are making sure everything is in working condition whether touching up paint, cleaning pools, picking up garbage, etc. The food is good but a bit repetitive although your stay includes at least one dinner in a specialty restaurant (sea food, steakhouse). Overall I am impressed with his hotel and will be coming back for sure.

I liked to visit because is a confortable place to stay. It has a good service I discover that you can paint something in the recreational area. In my opinion the food and drinks are good cause’ you have many options yo choose from…………………………..

Feb 02, 2025disappointed and disgusting
Don't advertise as an all-inclusive resort, then when you check into your room, there is no refrigerator. When you bring that complaint to the front desk, they basically tell you to bad. When you say you have medications that need to be refrigerated, they tell you to get a bucket of ice to store them in. They advertised room service. When you call the number to order anything, you get the disconnected tone. We asked the front desk and they said we needed to call between the hours advertised. We did and nothing changed. Room service was not offered when we were there apparently. If you go walking later in the evening, watch out for the local raccoons that take over the resort and defecate on counters all over the resort that serve food. When you speak up and tell people cleaning the resort 10 feet away, they blow it off like nothing can be done. ISH! I literally watched raccoons defecate on serving tables. We will never visit this resort again. We don't recommend that you visit this resort

Pay for another all inclusive
They want to charge extra for almost everything, having a view, having internet in the room, having room service. The stay only included one specialty dinner. The beach was dirty. I would not recommend staying there you can pay almost the same for nicer hotels
