Nov 03, 2025Decent hotel. Food could be better
Beware that the local area closes completely at the end of October. The location is beautiful, easy access to buses and taxis when in season. We found a beautiful cove 5 minute walk from the hotel where snorkeling was spectacular. In regards to food and drink, there was only 1 bar out of 3 open at any one time. The restaurant always had something for everyone but the snack bar was very disappointing and only open for late breakfast 11-12 and then again 4-6. No shop on site so for any snacks for the kids you need to walk into town which isnt far. Hotel is clean and the staff are lovely.

Poor location far from all activities and nice beachs. A car is necessary to discover Mallorca island. Not enough people for all services at hotel. You always must wait for anything.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out our stay was amazing. Without exception the staff appeared the be thoroughly enjoying their work which, perfectly set the scene. Bar staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff always had a cheery smile. Manon (I think) on reception was delightfully helpful. The range of food was brilliant as was the range of drinks, entertainment was superb and the level of cleanliness was on another level. We’re so sad to have to go home and would highly recommend visiting here.

Absolutely amazing hotel, booked to come again!
What an absolutely amazing hotel! The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is very clean and we couldn’t get over how big our apartment was. We had such an amazing view from our window looking out onto the pool and sea. The food was lovely with it being a different theme each night for dinner. I couldn’t fault the hotel at all, we did have a problem where our door wouldn’t lock so anyone could walk in but when we rang reception about this the maintenance man came within minutes and quickly fixed it without a problem. We have booked again at this hotel!
