    Excellent good experience

    The hotel staff have a very good working attitude and the breakfast menu is very diverse. The hotel is conveniently located right in the city center. It is close to all the places you need to go, and the regular price is quite reasonable.

    GO YOUR WAY - CANCEL YOUR BOOKING!!!!!

    My first experience with this establishment was very disappointing, even before I stayed there. I made a booking by mistake and asked for it to be cancelled immediately, less than 30 seconds after realising my error. Despite this swift action, the establishment refused to offer any solution (both Amit and the hotel's customer service department), strictly invoking its internal policy. However, their policy states that you have the right to cancel a non-refundable booking within 24 hours of making it. This was the case for me, as I cancelled within the first 60 seconds. Other hotels may offer commercial gestures when a cancellation is requested within minutes or hours of making the booking, but here, no flexibility was offered. After consulting other customers' reviews, I realise that I may have made a mistake in choosing this establishment.

    Excellent service

    The service was excellent. The staff was very helpful and very willing to assist. Suvh was particularlu always cheerful and interested in ensuring that the guests are well served and have everything that is needed to have a seamless breakfast.

    Perfect for a stay close to the vibrant northern quarter

    A solid option for a Stay close to the northern quarter. Only a 10 minute walk from Manchester Victoria. Parking is abundant albeit open air but there does appear to be cctv coverage of the car park and it only costs £11.50 over night. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and certainly went the extra mile. Rooms are clean and modern with everything you need and a comfy bed at a reasonable price. Overall it’s great value for money and perfect for business trips. I’ll 100% use this hotel again.
