Great Staff and Location

The service at the hotel is great and all of the staff we encountered were very friendly. For us, the food was really hit or miss and unfortunately had us going to the buffet most nights in fear of ordering something not to our liking at one of the restaurants. The bars all made amazing drinks however I would pass on any of the house wines at dinner. All in all the staff and location really make this place what it is. More>

My wife and I just got back from a 7 night stay in Cabo. During this time we stayed at the Finisterra. I quite like this place and have nothing bad to say about it. The location is excellent which is very handy.. The Marina is right at the bottom of the properties drive way which gives the opportunity for good walks, lots of options for bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. We never ate out though seeing as the food at the resort was excellent. The staff in all sectors was excellent. The pools were nice and the staff was always there to get you a drink or meal. The only thing I could say was they could use a few more umbrellas as everyone was competing for the ones available. Out front is a great beach but use caution if you are going to go in the water. If you are looking for a nice affordable all inclusive don't pass by the Finisterra. More>

My beautiful wife and I went down to Los Cabos for the first time to celebrate or ninth anniversary. We have stayed in quite a few all-inclusive's but have to say this one rates up with the best. Upon our arrival we found a beautiful hotel with four wonderful pools set on the beach. My wife had an issue with the smell of paint in our room and we were immediately shown two other room options. I've been in plenty of hotels that have been far less accommodating. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a newly remodeled room overlooking the Marina. A+ and we haven't slept one night yet. The room we were put had in my opinion the MOST comfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel which is VERY unusual in Mexico. Then we went to the pool. Another magnificent experience. We had a phenomenal waiter Fernando. He earned EVERY tip I gave him. He would bring me a drink before I could order it. And always with humor and a smile. A+ for the pool service. The hotel had 3 main restaurants. The buffet food was not the best, but that's not to say it wasn't good. The best food was at the a la carte restaurants and the pool. Try the baja tacos for sure. The entertainment staff made my wife and I feel like family. Our kudos to Azizi who got us involved and was always good for some laughs and conversation. I would have given this place 4+ stars. Worth the money for sure. Great food, great location, great people. We will be back! More>

Best Experience In Mexico Yet

We traveled here for a wedding and had no idea where we were going and what it was going to be like. A bit nervous as we didnt pick it, it turned out to be our best experience in Mexico to date! The staff at this resort were hands down the most friendly, hard working, accommodating, happy people! The drinks at the pool did not stop coming, consistently yummy, the bartenders ordered us food throughout the day (BEST fish tacos ever!!!!), they all got to know us by name after the first couple of days. The food was consistently great and the Italian restaurant was to die for! We all felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The resort itself was so beautiful, great layout and so close to town it was awesome being able to walk down whenever you felt like it. I was beyond impressed with this place that i didn't want to leave and it set the bar so high for our any resort we go to next. We will definitely be going back there! More>
