All Inclusive

A spectacular resort, set on a dazzling beach, the all-inclusive Occidental Caribe boasts 798 rooms with red Spanish-styled rooftops. The lobby, in warm tangerine hues, invites you to linger, with comfy seating under a chandelier, which amusingly also happens to house a birds nest! Sprawled parallel with the beach, this spacious hotel curves around gardens and features two large pools that are perfect for a refreshing dip.

Boredom is not an option at this adventurer's paradise! Fly through the air on a trapeze at the circus school, or test your strength and endurance on the rock-climbing wall. Then, gaze down at the spectacular ocean-view from the top. Children's programs are also available and include a playground, game room, pool, and more.

Entice your palate at one of seven specialty restaurants and after supper, don't forget to try your luck at the casino or take in one of the dynamic live shows in the forum-style theater. Before topping the evening off at the nightclub, stop by one of the late night bars for a nightcap. Finally, head off to your luxurious room to rest up for the next day's adventure.

Once you've had a good night's rest, why not start your day off in the gorgeous, fully-equipped spa? Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub, pampering yourself in the beauty salon, or melting away stress in one of many massage rooms.

The resort it’s self is beautiful , great pool and beach etc. The customer service in the buffet tho isn’t the greatest , always struggling to find a clean table and cutlery. BUTTT if you have bleach blonde hair DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PUT YOUR HAIR IN THE CHLORINE POOL !!!! My hair turned a terrible bright blue after swimming in it twice , and that has never happened anywhere else to me before !! Even by the end of the trip my friends with light brown hair noticed tints of green and our white bathing suits turned a blue/green colour!! Also be careful what you eat and drink! (As usual) but While we were there almost everyone in my group of friends had “the runs” (which can be normal) but we have been back for 2 weeks now and most of us still have bad stomach cramps etc. Have gone to the doctors to get testing.. not sure if it was from bad water or food .. but just be careful of what you are consuiming because I caught somthing while I was there, that’s forsure !

The resort was beautiful...punta cana is beautiful. This is not a high end snob posh resort, which is why we stayed here. We wanted to have some fun and be able to walk away somewhere quiet as well. This resort had all available. Rooms were clean, resort was clean and constantly maintained. The BEACH is where its at though!!! You dont go to PUNTA CANA for anything besides Bavaro beach! We stayed on the beach the entire time and loved paradise every moment we could! Theres non stop entertainment all day if you choose to be involved with it...they have a seperate kid pool with water slides that is away from the other 2 pools and away from the beach. There is always something to do and always something going on. You will not be bored at this resort unless you choose to be! Nighttime entertainment was amazing....live performances every night, live bands every night, themed nights, each party....the list goes on and on!

Horrible Food, Worse Alcohol, Best Part was Room which was still Bad

I do not know where to begin with this place. Granted we did go on vacation on a spring break week, but I have never stayed at a worse resort than this one. The worst part was the food. Every meal (I mean EVERY) made us feel sick. After the first 2 days, I only allowed myself to eat simple foods like pasta and french fries it was that bad. And the pasta still made my stomach upset! So at the end of the week all I ate was straight plates of french fries. My entire group of 9 also felt sick and one of them was violently throwing up all week. Additionally, at all the eating places on the resort there were constantly birds and flies on the food that sat there all day. Gross. Next was the alcohol. They only had 1 option of alcohol that was this brand called "Winner" that we heard from a local costed less than $1 USD per bottle. I asked for other alcohols multiple times and workers would nod their heads as I watched them continue to use Winner in my drinks. The "drinks" were pathetic excuses for Pina Coladas and Margaritas anyways. The workers did not speak English (understandable because we were in the Dominican) but, on top of that they were rude and ignorant. The only workers I came in contact with that were not this way were Rolando, Leidys, and Luis from the buffet. They were the only ones that made this trip semi-enjoyable. The room they put the 4 of us in was obviously a single room that they managed to squeeze 2 full beds into. The beds were literally touching when we arrived. The maids did refill our waters and clean daily, but did not re-stock our minibar after the first day. We saw at least one cockroach in our room daily and one night there was a centipede next to my bed. But other than that, beach and pool were very nice.
