Guests love the dining choices with Pier 12 offering seafood with a wonderful view to the Caribbean Sea, Sumo the new Japanese restaurant, Shangri-La is an exotic Moroccan décor serves gourmet specialties, Paradise with an assortment of themed buffets and the Breeze by the pool for snacks attire and light meals. This is the 5th different resort we have been to in the Cancun area at is was one of the best. Awesome beach and pool. The hotel was full but the pool and beach was never crowded. Check in was disappointing and the check-in and front desk people's English was very poor. We reserved a king bed and got two double beds which was upsetting. The hotel was very clean. This hotel does not offer free WIFI, and the computers they provide are slow as molasses so that you continue to pay more money. It had great night life. Most bars shut down at other hotels, but the outside bar stayed open quite late. The entertainment staff was great and very entertaining. Nice .. More>
