This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The resort was stunning, the food and drinks were top-tier, and the atmosphere was relaxing and fun. What really stood out was the staff they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such an amazing experience. We will definitely be back!

My First time to a Dreams, Not the Last
This was my first stay at a Dreams resort, and I couldn’t be happier! The service was beyond excellent, the food absolutely fabulous, and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The beach was beautiful—definitely bring a snorkel, as there’s a small sailboat that can take you to a nearby reef for an amazing experience. Honestly, I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this resort (well, maybe just the plastic wine glasses at the Sugar Reef bar!). I’m thrilled and looking forward to enjoying the same outstanding service and delicious food at Dreams Cozumel

Dec 15, 2025Fantastic Staff Made The Vacation
I typically go to Sandals Resorts and was unable to go to Sandals Royal Plantation Jamacia in November due to the hurricane that hit the island. So we substituted last minute Dreams. We stayed in room 5301, third floor. no elevator. It was a corner room with an L shaped balcony. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. We did have a problem with the sliding door to the balcony. It was not properly squared off so there was always a space at the top for bugs to potentially get in. Secondly, we stayed 10 days so we found that the shower drain will plug up. No problem when requested it was corrected. The "Preferred Room" status in itself is not really necessary unless you want access to ala carte breakfast and the preferred lounge that has a higher quality of alcohol. I would rate the restaurants as mediocre except for the Asian and Seaside Grill. I was surprised with being a large resort it was in fact not too loud. I rate the resort a 7 but the staff I would rate 10/10. I had no idea how polite and kind staff could be. I want to mention the staff by name because they made our vacation fantastic. Lovely people: Elico (say hi to your mama), Guadalvre, Laura, Marco, Juan, Saturdino, Reyes, Salvador, Mara, Raol, In Club Preferred: Victoria, Paola Mazier and Raul (great orderves). The pool without the swim up bar was crystal clear and the right temperature. I did not have to get chairs before 9 am each day.

Dec 15, 2025Very disappointed! - Would not recommend - December 2025
The room I made a reservation for was a full ocean view junior suite. They stated they did not have anymore and I was placed in a partial ocean view suite (no refund). Check-in took an hour. Food was so-so. The bars and pool areas were good/fun. Rooms were very plane. My Junior suite did not have a hot tub on the balcony as shown in pictures when I selected my room. Can't really recommend this place........... very disappointed!

A home away from home.
Excellent vacation! Beautiful and relaxing hotel. Great beach. Lots of yummy food options. Top notch entertainment. Nice staff. Awesome entertainment team with Victor, Ronny, Ricky, Erick, plus the new guy. Friendly guests. I felt right at home.
