Dec 11, 2025Excellent Hotel Stay with Amazing Staff!!
We were treated like royalty from the moment we checked in at the preferred club. Our room was phenomenal. It was not only spacious and comfortable. But, it also had an amazing view. The all inclusive is definitely the way to go. We enjoyed the amenities very much. The machines at the fitness center had been updated since our previous stay, last year. And we loved the pool and their staff. Marcos, Octavio, and Dulce we extremely attentive and service was exceptional! Silvia and Christian greeted us every morning at breakfast and in the evening. Their service also went above and beyond. Carlos at Portofinos and Jorge at the Seaside Grill were amazing servers and also treated us kindly. Every person we came into contact with was absolutely amazing and made us feel as if we were a part of their families. This is our second stay at Dreams. We loved every moment so much, that we have already booked a reservation for next year. Thank you so much for everything.

Staying at Dreams in Cabo was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. The resort felt welcoming from the moment I arrived, with friendly staff, beautiful ocean views, and peaceful spaces to unwind. I loved having everything in one place—great food, easy beach access, and activities that made each day feel special. The trip gave me a real chance to reset, appreciate quiet moments, and enjoy time away from my normal routine. Being in such a calm, sunny environment reminded me how important it is to take breaks and recharge so I can return home focused, motivated, and energized.

This is a 3 star resort at best. Staff is amazing but the property is old and outdated. Cleanliness is poor and the rooms look like nothing they are selling. We travel a lot, been to Mexico about 40 times, I would put this property in the bottom 10%, staff in the top 10% and the food in middle. I can think of a least 8 resorts in Cabo I have stayed at that are much better. For the record I feel bad leaving this but 5-6 K is a lot of money for most people and I would not feel right letting people spend that and feel bad because they were not warned before booking.

Dec 10, 2025DON'T GO IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN EARNING HYATT POINTS
Hyatt Globalist. Been trying to get stay credit for our visit to this property for months. I have proof of charge for the stay on my Hyatt Chase Credit Card in July. Nevertheless, Hyatt and Dreams are tossing the ball back and forth claiming the stay cannot be found in the system. I have emailed the hotel directly with a case number, but no response at all has come from the hotel. Very disappointing experience.

It was the most amazing vacation! Whales saying 👋🏻 Hi everyday! Baby turtles making their way to the ocean! Amazing preferred club assistance with Mercedes, the best waiter ever! Everything was PER•FECT!!
