Had an amazing time with my family and friends. Definitely want to give a shoutout to Amador at the pool serving drinks, he was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Probably one of the best servers we’ve ever had at an all inclusive. I loved the bands on the beach as well really made you feel the authentic atmosphere of Mazatlan

Great food, drinks, pool and entertainment. Dinner could start earlier than 6:30. Only 1-2 restaurants were open at 5:30.

Great resort
Great resort overall. We stayed in the newer building and preferred the newer section in terms of the room, pools and restaurant. Ala carte restaurants and evening entertainment could be better.

Exceeded our Expectations!
Great overall experience. Great variety in food, pools and fun activities for the kids. The only knock has to be the gym facility. Riu has a very small gym with dumbbells up to 50lbs and not a single flat bench (not referring to barbell bench, I mean a standard gym bench). Overall the resort exceeded our expectations but if you are an avid gym rat keep this in mind!

Amazing!
It’s amazing how the staff works together to make this place click. There are so many things to stay on top of, and the pulled it off, every day. Food, facilities, entertainment, all top tier.
