Lovely resort off the beach
Very courteous staff in all the locations pools at every building. Grill and restaurant good. Especially the tiki hut cart. Beautiful huge. Lovely resort off the beach

Christmas before Christmas
My experience at the Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lord's Castle All Inclusive Resort was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to take care of my needs. The food was glorious and there was a wide variety of options each day. One day at lunch as the food reached my pallet, I automatically began to sing. Yes, it was that good. Thank you to the wonderful team who's hospitality truly warmed my heart. Blessings and love🙌🏽

Unfriendly Staff
I stayed for work recently and thought the hotel was pretty average the food at the buffet was basic and lukewarm. The staff in general were quite unfriendly and unhelpful they actually came across quite rude a lot of the time and I felt quite unwelcome. It’s a shame as it’s a popular holiday destination and I would not come back and spend money again. lovely warm staff really make a holiday/trip great and memorable.

Not quite 4 stars
Upon arrival we were very impressed with the property and grounds of the resort. The check in process was relatively smooth, but we knew of others who experienced significant delays in getting their room. Rooms are modern and spacious, with nice marble finishes. However, cleaning standards are sub par. Floors were dirty, faucets and mirror in bathroom weren't shining. Service was good in some areas, and average in others. Overall, a pleasant brief stay prior to a cruise. If this had been our final destination, I would have been somewhat disappointed.
