Jan 26, 2026BEWARE CRACKHEADS IN LAUNDRY ROOM
Be careful. Literal crackhead sleeping in the laundry room. Multiple messages sent but of course Marriott uses AI, instead of humans, which cannot understand that a crackhead sleeping in the laundry room and harassing you upon waking is a problem. Certainly not what I expected on a Disney vacation. Recommend staying anywhere but here unless of course you are looking for someone to sell crack to.

This was our first time staying at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort, and we absolutely loved it. One of the best parts of our stay was the easy access to the Disney theme parks, which made getting around incredibly convenient. We also really enjoyed the dining options—there are 12 different outlets to choose from! We tried two of them and were very impressed with the meals. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service from the front desk agent, Julia. She was so warm and welcoming and surprised us with an upgraded room overlooking the Disney fireworks, which made our experience even more magical. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Our 4th stay at the Dolphin - and not the last
We came to the Dolphin again cause we had great experience in the past. Considering this is a Disney resort with millions of people visiting Orlando you don’t expect it to be so clean but it was. Cudos to everyone working there. Location is super convenient- you can take a boat ride to Epcot, Boardwalk or Hollywood studios or just walk. It’s safe location for walking around at night as it’s in the middle of everything. Shuttles to other Disney parks are right in the front. If you don’t want to pay for valet, entrance to self park is next entrance but….parking lot leads you that you can park right by the front almost at half the price and get to your car right away. Coming back again soon

I love the Dolfin
My favorite resort is the Disney Dolfin..... clean , quiet, comfortable....and the best location . I have been there on at least 10 occassions ...... it's the best.

Fantastic Location and Highly Recommended
Stayed for 2 nights for a whistle stop visit of WDW. Excellent location- approx 10 minutes walk around the Boardwalk to EPCOT. Whilst Dolphin & Swan Resort buses weee available to the parks and Disney Springs, we used the Disney buses which were available from the Yacht Club (turn left out of the back of the hotel and 5 minutes walk) as they can go right to the park entrances. This was especially important for Magic Kingdom as leaving after the party at midnight, we didn’t have to go to the TTC and could get back to the hotel quickly after a long day. The hotel was clean, staff very helpful and there was a quick service eatery to purchase food & drink - there were other restaurants and bars available however due to time restrictions, we didn’t have an opportunity to try these. We also took an Uber to the Walmart in Kissimmee to purchase some bits and pieces to take back to the UK - this was 15 minutes drive and cost $11. Transfer to MCO was 25 minutes. Would highly recommend for location and standard of accommodation- thank you.
