The entire staff are very friendly! Always willing to help with whatever is needed. From getting a taxi, moving umbrellas by the pool and providing a vase for some flowers in our room. Paul, Enrique, Isabella, and so many more. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views from our hotel room. The room needs updating to make it a 5 star experience. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms need to be updated. The pool area needs updating. Surprised to see tiles falling off around the pool. Thought this hotel was closer to the Romantic Zone- about a 20 minute walk to the RZ.

A Lovely Place Of Heavenly Peace
Villa Premiere Puerto Vallarta is, without exaggeration, one of the most exceptional hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this is not just a resort. It is a carefully curated experience built around calm, elegance, and genuine hospitality. The adults only atmosphere creates an immediate sense of peace, and every detail feels intentional rather than performative. The staff deserve standing ovations. Every single interaction, from the front desk to the concierge, servers, spa staff, and housekeeping, was warm, attentive, and sincerely kind. Not once did anything feel transactional or rushed. They remembered our names, our preferences, and anticipated needs before we even voiced them. This is hospitality at its highest level. The food was outstanding across the board. Each restaurant delivered consistently excellent meals, beautifully plated, with thoughtful menus that went far beyond typical resort food. Dining felt refined but relaxed, never pretentious. Whether it was breakfast overlooking the ocean or an elegant dinner as the sun set, every meal felt special. The rooms are serene, spacious, and immaculately maintained. Opening the balcony doors to the sound of the waves each morning was pure magic. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the nightly turndown service was a small but meaningful touch that made the stay feel luxurious without excess. The spa experience was phenomenal. It was tranquil, professional, and deeply restorative. It is the kind of place where time slows down and stress simply evaporates. What truly sets Villa Premiere apart is the feeling it gives you. It is intimate without being small, luxurious without being flashy, and attentive without being intrusive. You feel cared for, respected, and welcomed, not processed. This was a milestone trip for us, and Villa Premiere did not just meet the moment. It elevated it. We left relaxed, refreshed, and already talking about when we will return. If you are considering staying here, stop debating and book it. Villa Premiere is not just a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is a place to be, to reconnect, and to remember why travel matters. We will absolutely be back.

Another great stay
Always enjoy coming here. Great service and atmosphere, very laid back. Received amazing service from Paul at the pool as well as the bartenders Enrique, Victor and Jorge. Excellent service from Hugo and Caesar at La Corona.
