We are at the resort right now and give a 10 out of 10 across the board Yes it is older hotel but very clean, beds very comfortable and plenty of water pressure and hot water The food has been delicious everywhere we have eaten Including the buffet. The beach is perfect and well kept. I love the ocean and enjoyed every minute. The exceptional part of this resort are all the people that work here. We have been greeted and welcomed everywhere. I want to make a special shout out to Olvi, Irene,and Santa in the Vintage Club Bar. We had so much fun and truly enjoyed our evenings with you. Everything we have needed has been taken care of. The personal service goes above and beyond our expectations. Jose David And Aquilino in the beach area take exception care and make our day time pleasant and carefree at the beach Also to Andrea at the pool bar Thank you for my afternoon Cappuccino. We did choose to stay with the Premium package and for us the private beach area, concierge service and Vintage Club are well worth the extra $$ . That being said honestly everyone here really enjoys their job making all feel welcome no matter if you up grade or not. We will be back in February for sure Our new favorite place

Wonderful resort, fantastic staff and food!
Small & lovely resort! Amazing food & staff! Decided on a semi-late minute trip - Friday to Friday. Beautiful people and area. Quick bus trip from the airport. Snorkelling was a little underwhelming- but there were some great areas. We did the Sapore di Mare (Italian) and Ocean Grill al a Carter’s — the Octopus seafood restaurant didn’t align with our schedule. I have food sensitivity and allergies - and there was always something for me. Shout out to the staff : Morning (Rosa - Hostess, Adrian & Felix who were always on the bounce with coffee & drinks). Bartenders - Andrea & Ricardo and most special callout to Rosa our dinner buffet server who was attentive and had a heart of gold ! We had a junior suite - 3rd floor overlooking the ocean. As known - all beaches are public in the DR, so you will have beach vendors - if you’re polite and say no thanks…they leave you alone. If you’re looking for a smaller, but attentive all inclusive - Highly recommend it and would plan another trip if our hometown had flights that were aligned & direct to POP airport.

Perfect place to forget all your problems
We had an amazing stay in this resort conveniently located halfway between the airport and the city with very easy access to the latter through different transportation. The room was nice and clean, very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We were served a large and very tasteful variety of food, local specialties, and beverages. The waiters were incredibly nice and helpful, we particularly enjoyed our interactions with Felix and Rosa they were always present and ready to assist with a genuine smile on their face. The hotel is has a direct access to a very beautiful beach faithful to the famous Caribbean turquoise waters. We absolutely fell in love with this place and will definitely come back.

Good clean and well kept resort with outstanding service
Our vacation here was fun and relaxing. We had such a great time. Service is excellent all over the resort. Rooms are clean. Food is good with a great variety. Xiomeris was a big help and we very much appreciated her. Great customer service from Victor at the front desk. This was our 3rd visit at this resort and every time has always delivered 5 Star service.

Better than we expected!
-resort and rooms very clean -food was fresh and tasty -staff were friendly and helpful. They really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. -beautiful beach; no rocks, no seaweed -only 20 mins from airport
