We had a great stay at TRS! All staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I booked this trip almost a year before our stay and joined a facebook page (TRS fan addicts). We had so many recommendations for dinners and shows to attend, that really helped us make decisions regarding what to do. We ate dinner every night at a different restaurant and the food was amazing at each one. Our favorites were the French onion soup at La Bohème, empanadas at El Gaucho, tiramisu from Tentazione, there’s so many to list. The Chic cabaret show was Phenomenal! You could see the hard work and dedication they put into the singing and choreography! Bingo was another amazing time. It included more songs, dances, and interactive games between calling sets of bingo numbers. There were 3 different prizes that you could win, one of which included the opportunity to win a free week stay! Jonathon was the manager on duty and we saw him several times at our dinners going around to check on everyone to see how everyone’s experience was. We were in Villa 69 and had the best butlers, Carlos and Fernando. They were amazing, so helpful with any questions we had and setup all the reservations we needed for dinners and shows! If you get a chance, I recommend getting to know your butlers, you could leave making new life long friend. We have heard many stories of guests keeping in touch and visiting with staff throughout the years. We would definitely recommend TRS and hope to stay again.

Friendly staff members everywhere (reception, bartenders, waitresses, ....), fantastic food everywhere, dinner at the cenote was superb. House wines could be better, only the red cabernet sauvignon from Hardys was up to standard.

Amazing return visit, hotel, staff, food and whole experience was fabulous
This was the first time we went back to the same hotel twice. Our first visit was in September 2023 and we were bowled away with how great the hotel and holiday was. This time around checkin was swift and effortless because our details were already in the system. We went to our room then headed straight to the full moon bar. So nice being back in a place we were familiar with. We had a fantastic two weeks. We felt like we’d been away for a month not two weeks as we already knew our way around the hotel. Staff who deserve a mention for just being outstanding with their helpfulness are Patricia, Susanna and Moses the butlers in villa 63. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Montserrat and Jessica the hostesses at Capricho were always so welcoming and a regular cart driver who was incredibly helpful when I was poorly for a couple of days was Henry. He was so very kind. In fact every member of staff we met or interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a five star hotel and holiday for us. We will return for sure.

The best and most luxurious resort we’ve ever experienced
We came to TRS Yucatan for our honeymoon and it was everything we could have wished for and more. We were looked after daily by our personal butler Bernardo to make sure we knew where we were going and all our bookings were made. We paid for the premium experience and the highlight of this experience was our private dinner overlooking the salt water pool and sea. It was an incredible 4 course dinner with a beautiful setting. We both had the steak for our main and both agreed that it was the best steak we’d ever had. We were looked after by our server Gabriel Rios who was extremely attentive and provided us with everything we needed. I could not recommend TRS Yucatan enough and will definitely be returning!

Fantastic!
This is my second time staying at TRS and it was amazing! We had Carlos and Fernando as our butlers in block 69 and they were incredible, were very attentive and kind, always happy and smiling every time we saw them. Went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience :). Also want to thank Diego Corro, he helped transport us to the room when we checked in and when checked out! He was one of the happiest people I have ever met, soso lovely and helpful! The people mentioned truly made our experience even more memorable.
