  First time here for my daughter's Bday.

  Christian and Belen made our experience at the resort very pleasant eventhough at check in there were so many issues. The manager also took care of us well. Food at the resort was very good and staff are very hard working and pleasant. I will definitely return second time. Their swim out pools need thorough cleaning and lighting in the rooms need improvement. If you are lady that likes to wear makeup, the lights at their brightest settings are insufficient and need big improvements. Overall this resort is worth visiting, plz give it a try.

  Two Weeks in Paradise. TRS Yucatán Exceeded Every Expectation

  We stayed for two weeks late November/ early December and upgraded to PTC, which turned out to be unbelievably good value for money. The entire resort is beautifully maintained spotlessly clean, carefully looked after, and full of little touches that make every day feel special. The food throughout was impeccable. I have some dietary restrictions, and the care and attention the staff gave to ensure my meals were safe and enjoyable went far beyond anything I expected. The resort is grand, but we never waited longer than a few minutes for a golf cart anywhere on the property. The app made booking restaurants incredibly easy, and our concierge team supported every amendment to our reservations without any hesitation. Staff Who Made Our Stay Extraordinary A huge heartfelt thank you to Maria at the Full Moon Terrace an absolute angel who looked after us with so much kindness. At Helios breakfast and lunch, Lourdes, Ceaser and Jeovani were incredible, always attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. At the Helios front desk, Maria and Gabriella welcomed us each day with such positivity. A special mention to Jesus, George and Carlos, the brilliant concierge team at Villa 67, who made everything seamless. Susano, our cleaner, kept everything immaculate. Alfri and Luigi at the PTC Infinity Pool Concierge were exceptional nothing was ever too much trouble. And Luciana and Lenny, our pool waiters, were absolute stars, always delivering service with a smile. Filaberto in Tentazione was the best server we encountered during our stay attentive, polite, and incredibly friendly. His service was truly outstanding. Honestly, I wish we could list every single person by name. Every interaction we had no matter where was with someone polite, hardworking, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. The Resort Experience We felt incredibly safe throughout our entire stay; we regularly saw security guards patrolling, which was very reassuring. Our room was beautiful large, spacious, spotless, with a fridge restocked twice daily, snacks topped up twice daily, and immaculate cleaning carried out twice a day. There’s a wide array of activities available throughout the day and evening, ensuring there’s always something to enjoy. The spa is beautifully maintained, the lazy river is another fabulous feature, and the hydrotherapy circuit is just a wonderful added luxury. The PTC upgrade was absolutely worth it the serenity, the service, the premium touches, and the overall atmosphere made the entire holiday feel like pure luxury. The resort itself is stunning and perfectly maintained. Everywhere you turn, you can see the care and pride the staff take in their work. Final Word Our two weeks at TRS Yucatán felt like a dream. If we could have stayed longer, we absolutely would have. This wasn’t just a holiday it was an experience we’ll never forget. TRS truly delivers luxury in every sense, and we’re already thinking about when we can return.

  Moldy rooms and linens

  Our family visited the yucatan hotel from December 5-10th. We had moldy rooms and linens in each room. We had 4 rooms located in 4 villas. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is dangerous for people with allergies and asthma. I had to change rooms 4 times until I found the room with less mold smell. First night, I had to sleep on a coach because all the linens were moldy. Second day, butler Carlos helped us to find a better room. He was the only person who did understand my problem with the breathing. I had to take my rescue inhalers multiple times a day to prevent asthma attacks plus my maintenance inhaler Trelegy and Claritin. Dangerous!

  Disappointed

  My experience at TRS Yucatán was shockingly disappointing from start to finish. Despite being an all-inclusive resort, the servers often acted as if they didn’t want us to order anything. I was even told “no” to simple requests because “the chef didn’t have enough ingredients” to serve other guests. For a place advertising premium service, this was unacceptable. I had a birthday reservation that they refused to move by even 15 minutes just another example of how inflexible and unhelpful the staff were. Even getting a simple cup of tea became a frustrating back and forth: the lobby told us to go to a restaurant, and the restaurant told us to go back to the lobby. It felt like nobody wanted to assist with anything. The room conditions were also terrible. The cleanliness was below standard I found sand on the sheets, the room smelled moldy, it was overly humid, and the AC didn’t work for hours. When I contacted my butler, all he said was that he “couldn’t do anything,” even though I waited from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm for it to be fixed. They gave us false hope of early check-in but in reality, my room wasn’t ready until after 3:00 pm, and I never received the email they said they would send. The resort is huge, and you constantly rely on golf carts to get around. Waiting 15–20 minutes under the sun for transportation was frustrating and inconvenient. The worst part was the arrival experience. We were immediately told that because we booked through Priceline, the hotel “only gets 40%,” and we needed to buy additional services. They wasted nearly two hours of our time shuffling us between three different sales agents trying to upsell us. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. Poor service, bad communication, unacceptable room conditions, and constant upselling. I would not recommend TRS Yucatan to anyone, especially if you expect a true luxury or stress free all-inclusive experience. Ooh another thing is you gotta pay around $230 for roundtrip shuttle per couple.

  Wonderful resort!

  The resort was beautiful and had lots to do. We didn’t realize that there was sit down service for breakfasts and lunches and wished we had brought more money for tips. The service was outstanding, food wonderful and they made us feel very special as we were celebrating our 10year anniversary. I would 100% go back!
