We actually left Ocean Riviera Paradise Privilege to come to TRS and our experience was nothing but exceptional. We enjoyed the beach, the restaurant food especially at Le Boheme was really good. The buffets were top notch. The butler service was incredibly proactive, which we did not experience at the other resort. 100% we will be back again!

Excellent winter getaway
We had an amazing week at the TRS Yucatan as a family group. We loved the infinity pool, gym, and spa. The service level was exceptional at our favourite breakfast restaurant with incredible servers, Paulina, Ana, Arnolfo and Loren. Fantastic food. The Chic show was a wonderful experience including dinner and entertainment. Our butlers, Jose and Jessica were very helpful and booked all of our reservations and assisted everyday. Thanks for a wonderful holiday! We will return.

Christmas Vacation
Myself and my family - 7 of us - stayed at TRS Yucatan over Christmas and New Year. We had a great time. The rooms were a great size and the restaurants and bars were great. We had breakfast everyday at Helios - the standard of food and choice was great. We would like to give a special mention to Manuel and Edwin who served us everyday with a smile. We ate lunch at various buffets but Helios and the Hacienda were our favourites. We really enjoyed our evening meal at Tentazione (Italian). Helios in the evening also served lovely à la carte food. On our last day we visited Capricho for lunch and our server was Paulino - she was very attentive. The main downside was that other than at TRS, it was not possible to book a table for more than 6 people. We’d also like to give a mention to Miguel who was our butler in Villa 62. Nothing was too much trouble. He did a great job. We had a lovely stay at TRS Yucatan. All the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We would happily stay again or recommend to others.

Fabulous
Went to the TRS for 11 nights. Absolutely loved it. We will definitely try to visit again. Excellent staff good rooms and amazing food

We stayed for 2 weeks in Jan 2026. 4 positive things to flag: 1. Resort is extremely clean 2. Rooms are very good and extremely clean 3. Butler is doing great job 4. Evening entertainment (music bands) is good A lot more negatives though: 1. Food is pretty much uneatable - choice is average as well 2. Service in restaurants is extremely slow which eventually is very annoying 3. A la carte restaurants are very hit and miss 4. Buggy service is okayish - waiting times sometimes are very long 5. We as TRS Yucatan guests had access to other resorts in the complex: White Sands; Colonial and Kantenah - TRS with all it's imperfections are way better than these three resorts. These three resorts are defo not recommended. 6. Female public bathrooms are extremely dirty and nearly all of them are faulty in one way or another except for those in the lobby (beach, infinity pool, restaurants - specifically in Kantenah resort)
