Nice hotel but perhaps the dining standard could be elevated to make it even better.
This is a nice little hotel in a excellent spot on the west coast of Barbados at Paynes Bay. The room was great comprising a dual aspect suite over the courtyard of large bedroom, en suite bath/shower room, sitting room and balcony- and 2 tv's. The sea view was a bit of a stretch but it mattered little. The access was not especially attractive via stairs and first floor walkway to the road side of the hotel. Traffic noise was occasionally noticeable, especially the 'cucaracha' reggae buses. However, these are minor picky points. The courtyard with pool, terrace, open-air bar and dining, access to the wonderful beach and also the breakfast/dining room brilliant. The all-inclusive food was generally good but a bit repetitive, especially at lunchtime. However, the option of visiting other nearby hotels in the group is worthwhile. We only tried the Waves via free water taxi, that was a nice variation. Apparently some really good restaurants are available and perhaps we should have tried that. The staff were so nice, helpful and friendly; from bar, to catering and housekeeping - they were one of the real pleasures at this hotel. I had the delight of introducing the bar staff to an Antiguan cocktail - of which they had not heard - who would have known? A super sand beach accessed by a short flight of wooden steps into the crystal clear waters with a half-mile stroll up to the Sandy Lane Hotel with water sports and the water taxi. A walkable distance to Hole Town and a bus ride to Bridgetown is very cheap and fun, as in roller coaster ride fun on the yellow reggae buses. I would visit again

Great location
Ideal location for a nice beach which is only several metres away. Hotel is on main road with numerous buses going north and south. Water taxi available daily to 3 sister hotels. Hotel room, bathroom are spacious and well fitted out. We had an issue when checking in, we had paid for an ocean view room, allocated room had no view of the sea due to the amount of vegetation in front of the balcony, issue was resolved next day and suitable room was allocated. Restaurant food is nice, menu is limited. Breakfast would benefit from some variation, same fare offered every morning. Hotel web page states 3 restaurants available, we could find only one. Think web page needs updating. Staff are very helpful and friendly, service is good in most cases, occasionally very slow. Pool is small, but swimming in sea is better. Hotel has an issue with sun loungers being reserved with towels/magazines/shoes etc from 06.30 am and some not being occupied until the afternoon, a very irritating problem. Watersports are available but not obvious, nothing on the beach ready to go, it seems to be an effort for the items to be brought out, only kayak and paddle board available, no hobby cat. We did ask one of the staff to place 2 sunloungers on the beach and were told to do it ourselves, not the 5 star attitude we were expecting.

Small, intimate and fun
Great, small hotel in a nice area of Barbados. Beautiful landscaping and ocean views. Although some of the furnishings are dated, it still is in nice, not great condition. We booked an oceanview room which was perfectly located—near the rear of the property, so it was nice and private, quiet, and decent water views. The room is a decent size with small balcony and bathroom. Food was good, not great. Great spot to stay before a cruise as it’s easy access to the cruise port. And don’t miss Silver Moon catamaran tours or Hunte’s Garden.

Sea glass heaven!
The hotel lives up to the "boutique" title. It's very small, quiet during the day, and very relaxing. The beach is fantastic for hunting sea glass and the further north you walk the more gentle the waves get (we were surprised at the quick drop off within the first 5 feet from shore). The sunsets are phenomenal! The staff is very laid back and wear the "island vibe" well, but at the same time are very attentive and friendly. My only complaint is the live music during the evening. Our room seemed to be right above where the performers set up. If they performed well it might not have been so bad, but karaoke night was a complete disaster in my opinion.

First time to Treasure Beach and even though we were staying elsewhere locally we wanted to try this hotel so we popped in for lunch. Very impressed with the service, quality and range of menu for lunch Would definitely come back,
