Cristina at the coffee shop was excellent and very professional. Definitely coming back. She always has smile and she is very kind

If I could give this hotel zero stars I totally would. The staff are not friendly and that goes up to the attitude of their supervisors and management. The staff does not take accountability in their mistakes and they blame one another before eventually putting the blame on YOU, the guest. I don’t think I ever been to a hotel where the staff did not absolutely care about the guest. I wish I wrote down all of their names to put on this review but I can tell you the bad attitude comes from the top then lingers to everyone below. On top of that I had sent out my laundry to be cleaned and one jacket came back with a chipped button and two shirts did not make it back at all. Guess what? It cost almost $200 for that service which isn’t a big deal had they not lost anything. The one bright side of the hotel is the staff in the restaurant in the morning for breakfast. They are kind and all about the guest. Unless I had 0 options I would never come back here.

Birthday Trip
Hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are as pictured. Front desk staff were pleasant and patient. Christina at the coffee shop was a peach!

Cristina Makes the Westin Coffee Shop a Must-Visit ☕️✨
I stayed at The Westin recently and every single morning started off right thanks to Cristina at the coffee shop. She’s not only super friendly and welcoming, but she also makes one of the best coffees I’ve had in a hotel. What really stood out was how she remembered my order and took the time to chat, making me feel more like a friend than just another guest. She’s fast, efficient, and always has a smile that brightens your day.
