Excellent hotel, especially for its customer service. The breakfast at the restaurant is varied, and Antonio goes out of his way to make sure we enjoy the menu.

Valerie at the bar is such an excellent worker. She's very nice and is good at her job. Her customer service is always excellent. She's highly appreciated! The company has a great worker in her.

I hesitated to write this because my check-in experience was amazing and I was granted early access as a status member when my flight came in early and I was very thankful for the service received. Besides that everything fell apart on this trip and I regret staying here. I just messaged them. I waited a few days to see if I would cool off before writing such a negative review. I messaged the hotel and notified them early on of these issues and never heard a reply other than they were researching. In 3-days…the following were observed. mobile key does not work, I asked twice for it to be resolved and I had to give the maid a $10 tip to let me in my room, the maid service skipped my room entirely but cleaned my friends room next door and still found time to gab in the hall, my door never closed correctly to where I had to slam it shut which disturbs everyone around me. The toilet turns on every 30 minutes due to a leak in tank. I was frustrated and the excuse that maids skip around floors and missed my room only aggravated me further. Somewhere outside the hotel there is a motor or loud roaring fan that revs constantly. I assume this is outside the hotels control but anyone staying here should absolutely consider that because it’s impossible to ignore if you’re staying in certain rooms on the parking lot side. I’m grateful for the girl who checked me in early and always gave me a smile when I walked in, everything else, needs to be fixed. Too many service issues for a Westin; they should strive for better.

Return Visit. Always as expected.
We stay at this property 1-3x per year due to its large pool and proximity to family. As Lifetime Titanium Elite members, we take advantage of the nice breakfast buffet. For over 20 years we are always welcomed back by Antonio who is an absolute delight! He also keeps us well caffeinated ;-) The breakfast has expanded since the recent lobby/dining room refresh and we appreciate that. The pool is long enough for laps. Fountains and music and positioning keep the route 95 noise to a minimum. Bed is comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Rooms do need a bit of a refresh though. Will continue to enthusiastically return to this property.

Nov 17, 2025Needs an extreme makeover
This probably would not have been my first choice in hotel. However, I went there as a part of a conference, and I found this particular Westin to be less than satisfactory. For starters it’s located off the forbidden path. However, I can say it is close to I 95 which makes it easy access. The location was desolate, not too much in the immediate area, except for a nursing Academy and a Starbucks. The surrounding areas seemed a little undesirable. The hotel is dated, which really surprise me considering this hotel chain. Not only was it dated, but it was filthy. The elevators were horrible, the rooms had wood furniture from the 70s, the carpet was raggedy and sordid. The plumbing fixtures were dated the whole room could’ve used a major deco renovation as well as the hotel in general. The food was less than satisfactory. We had complementary morning buffet, which was unappetizing. It appears that this hotel does not get the care as other Marriott/Westin hotels probably do. My guess is because of the location. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are traveling and need a quick place to lay your head for one night. As I mentioned, it is great access to I-95.
