    We stayed in the Presidential Suite with stunning views. Lorenzo provided exceptional housekeeping services with the added bonus of making creative art with towels and bedding.

    Beautiful Location!

    Absolutely wonderful hotel. We had a great time even not doing all inclusive! The views from the balcony are unmatched. The staff is top notch, Elena took such great care of us! Housekeeping was on top of everything. The snorkeling is fantastic, fish everywhere! Will stay here again!

    Paradise but private and not over crowded

    Eduardo C is great ! He took such good care of us at the pool and beach. Relaxing environment and beautiful resort. From a welcome drink to spacious balconies to your own private beach with service - doesn’t get any better 😊

    Wonderful spa experience

    I've been to a few different spas at hotels and sometimes staff lack the full experience. Ruth at the Westin hotel was amazing! I had 65 min deep tissue massage and 30 min facial, which also came with sauna, steam and hot cold plunge. Ruth fought all the problem spots and had great technique to loosen them up. It was one of the best spa experiences in years!
