    A great hotel but there needs to be somewhere to store your clothes

    Everything about this hotel is lovely, the bed is comfortable, the shower is great,there all sorts of amenities including a swimming pool long enough to swim in, a great bar, a good ironing board and iron . However the reason this gets four over five is that the room suffers from ‘design over functionality ‘ syndrome. It looks wonderful, but there is a huge fridge with pretty much nothing in it but almost nowhere to put your clothes. Yes there is hanging space which is great and open fronted areas but they are high up so can’t be reached by most of the population. There is one huge open area that seems to have no function at all and a small one underneath at floor level (shoes I guess) and one drawer. That is one drawer for two people for six nights. Oh, and the toilet roll falls off every time you use it. As I said, a lovely hotel in most respects but somewhere to put your clothes would be great

    Marriot Bonvoy: Westin Melbourne

    I booked, and paid, for a tour through the marriot bonvoy website. The tour operator never showed up. After various attempts I finally got in contact with him. He said he no longer runs this tour, and that the hotel never should have sold it to me. I have emailed the Westin in Melbourne to follow up, and have not heard a response. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Do not book a tour through their website!!!

    Fabulous Hotel!

    Booked a room at the last minute and were lucky enough to get an early check-in. The room was stunning with the most comfortable bed and pillows! Huge bathroom and the best minibar I've seen in a long while! Everything spotlessly clean. All of the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. The executive lounge was good - tasty appetizers and drinks (including spirits) in the evening. Breakfast could've been a bit better as the choice was a bit limited. Pool area was nice and, luckily, not busy when we were there as it is quite small.

    Nice stay

    While I did not get the highest floor, I had a quiet room and was able to sleep well. The lounge was awesome and so was the service. It is safe and not far from the metro. 5 minute walk. Little bit of a hill to get there.

    Great service 24/7

    Id like to commend the Westin Brisbane on it's quality of staff. Nothing was a problem. All I heard were the words "absolutely" and "of course". Id especially like to single out Lu, Nat and Jude from the restaurant on the weekend. So hardworking and conscientious, and also Dominika who was at the front desk when I checked in, to breakfast in Sunday to back at the desk. Please pass in this feedback and wish them well for their future lives. They deserve to succeed.
