Oct 18, 2026Warm treatments like family
The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring central London. It has a beautiful boutique feel—closer to a charming antique style rather than a cold, modern design. Most importantly, the hotel staff made our 20th wedding anniversary trip incredibly joyful and lovely. They took care of us with such thoughtful and detailed preparations, treating our special day as if they were celebrating their own family milestone. It completely warmed our hearts and made my wife and me so excited for our stay. A very special thanks to Ms. Lidia and Vitoriia for their outstanding hospitality. We will treasure these memories forever!

Fabulous hotel!
We stayed here for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect. You can walk to pretty much anywhere in 15 minutes or less. Our room was beautiful and spacious. We had 2 bathrooms. Our room was spotless. There was a great sitting area in it. The mini fridge was full of cold drinks at no cost. There was tea and coffee in our room at all times. Some snacks were also available. Loved the staff at this hotel. They were friendly and kind. John at the front door made us feel like we were the most important guests every time we came in or out. The restaurant is very good. Make sure to have the cauliflower. I highly recommend this hotel!

Midweek treat
Had an impromptu lunch booked via The Fork for their great deals at this hotel. Food was delicious, with lots of small plate options. Restaurant decor was beautiful with both cosy booths and table seating. However what truly stood out for us was the service, from the moment you walked in. Attentive, informative and friendly. Thank you to Ismail and Wagdali for looking after us so well.
