    A memorable meal in Playa del Carmen

    We ate at So’ol for our first dinner. It was excellent. The kampachi crudo was a treat - high quality fish with a wonderful tomato-infused sauce. We followed with the red snapper fish special, accompanied by terrific sauces. We finished with a light and airy cheesecake, with a refreshing citrus accent. The service from Palafox was attentive and enthusiastic. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

    Cannot say enough good things about the restaurant on properly, SO’OL. We had a wonderful dinner there, fabulous cocktails and first-rate service.

    Ivan at the Solo beach club and the other staff were very attentive and personable. The food and drinks were very good. And the atmosphere was outstanding.

    Miguel Suarez at SO’OL was fantastic, amazing service and great recommendations. He took the experience to the next level. Food was fantastic. A1 service.
